I had a irritated nerve for nearly a year. Mobility yoga Pilates breathwork and nerve flossing helped a lot honestly movement was medicine. Recommend gradually getting into everything taking everything one step at a time.
My first time doing this video and I am shocked I was able to do these stretches with ease and comfort. I thought I haven’t been making any progress with my flexibility and have been very frustrated with myself for weeks. This video made me realize that my months of stretching and all my efforts have paid off. I should be easier on myself and be grateful at how far I’ve come. Context: I do yoga and Pilates 3-4 times a week, as well as some dancing. I am currently trying to be as flexible as I used to be and get my front and side splits again. It has been a few months and still not where I used to be, but I will keep trying!

Bro this is the best hip flexor stretch I've ever used hands down. Been dealing with back pain bc I couldn't get those muscles to loosen up and this s*** worked like magic.
Quad/Hip Flexor Stretch (1-2 mins) 1:23 Hip Flexor - squeeze the glutes and push your pelvis to the ground and back 3:00 Quad - don’t arch back. Eventually you will get head and shoulders touching wall. Hamstring Pike Stretch 7:03 Folded Variation, Arched Back Variation 9:33 Slant board variation
These will be helpful in getting back my flexibility. I have always been fairly bendy, but have lost a lot with age, and watching your videos makes me long for what I have lost. 😊
Thank you so much. I'm a dancer so I'm pretty flexible but my hamstrings and quads don't match the rest. I've been searching for mobility routines so I tried this one. I took a break in between the first two sets to compare and it was crazy how much looser the right side of my lower body was already. Love it.
Thank you!! I am pretty flexible, but your stretches were new to me and what my body needed. I'm excited to continue and see how quickly my body responds and improves. If I get this benefit in 10 minutes.....imagine what the program may do? I appreciate the offer for the free daily flow. It will allow me time to get used to exercising again and taste the results of the program you have to offer. But, I already know it is going to be great and I will be signing up. Sharing this with my friends!
I just want to thank you from the very bottom pf my heart for the relief i feel every time i execute this Routine especially when i feel tense hips (TIGHTNESS) due to hard work on tennis training session which my body was not used to!!! TY!!
I never comment, but this is the single best video on TH-cam regarding leg stretches. My harmstrings aren't too bad, but most (yoga) stretches only seem to bend my leg cause i don't have enough flexibility
I am currently working on my middle split, trying to stretch my legs in different ways and your video popped up out of nowhere so I decided to give it a try. The stretches were amazing and felt great. When you said whether or not the shoulders touch the wall depends on the level of flexibility, I didn't expect my myself to do it but I did! That was a happy surprise so I decided to binge-practice all your routines. Thanks a lot for sharing it.
This is very similar to stretches my chiropractor at one point recommended for low back/hip pain I had. I recently had a recurrence of that pain (lots of sitting after increasing activity levels) and did this video and it really helped! Highly recommend and thank you for the detailed instructions.
I was doing yoga for 1 month and noticed that the leg stretch (my first time doing it) was pretty easy. Now I stopped doing yoga and noticed how much it affects the body. It's harder to stretch. That gave me the motivation to do yoga again.
Just what I was looking for. Please do this this shoulders and upper body too!

Love all your workouts. Stretching is very important to keep your body lubricated. I’m 68 years old and I have been stretching, 20 minutes, for about 10 years before every workout and it’s amazing. As one gets older, yes you need to keep moving and never give up exercise. Thank you for sharing this information.
Dude, this was awesome!! I honestly thought my hamstrings were the problem (for years allready...) , but after watching this, I realized that its my calves... Thanks man!!! I'll do this couple of times per week now and see where I can get...
This is genuinely helpful! In just two routines in a week I've made incredible progress, my hips feel freer, my spine is incredibly flexible and all the tenseness has (almost) gone! Can't wait to keep doing these stretches and see how far my body can go. Thank you!
Man, this was amazing, thank you. I'm bringing this into my regular practice before working out. Seriously, I can feel this being a game changer for comfort in my body.
this may sound stupid, but when you said that you should focus on your breathing to remember your body that you're safe, it all made sense to me! i never really cared for it since i didn't understand why we should do it, but it makes such a big difference! thanks for the most intense stretching i ever did and for being such a great teacher :)
This is the only leg stretch that actually helped me with my leg mobility. This will be my new leg day stretch 3x a week 🔥
Thanks so much for these moves
Can you do a video on a exercises for disabled/or immune disease, like easy low intensity variations -I have ddd in the lower lumber spine &a bad pinched nerve :( I’m starting PT but for now I’d like explore options !! Thank you!!
Shanalee watch breath and joy video on how i fixed my sciatica. Those streches help with the pinched nerve.
Do yoga Namaskar from isha Upa yoga
Not to sidestep this guy but you could check out a guy named Hampton his channel is called Hybrid Calisthenics, he often speaks on how he knows of routines that would help benefit people with various conditions/ailments/disabilities/diseases...not doubting this guy he seems reliably knowledgeable
Thank you! I'm just now starting legs 3 times a week. 2 days for stretching and 1 day of strength training. Going for full body control and strength but gotta start with my legs since I always dreaded leg days😂
Thanks again for the helpful video! I also subscribed so I can go back to your videos and figure some other issues if I have some later on :)
Good luck to all of you who are working on this! We can do it! Be patient and be consistent
Bro this is the best hip flexor stretch I've ever used hands down. Been dealing with back pain bc I couldn't get those muscles to loosen up and this s*** worked like magic.
Quad/Hip Flexor Stretch (1-2 mins)
1:23 Hip Flexor - squeeze the glutes and push your pelvis to the ground and back
3:00 Quad - don’t arch back. Eventually you will get head and shoulders touching wall.
Hamstring Pike Stretch
7:03 Folded Variation, Arched Back Variation
9:33 Slant board variation
It literally says on the video
These will be helpful in getting back my flexibility. I have always been fairly bendy, but have lost a lot with age, and watching your videos makes me long for what I have lost. 😊
Golden. From the inside out. Radiating health and wholeness in every way. 🙏
Found your page and I realize that I’m about as flexible as steel rod, I have BIG goals
TY!!
I LOVED the video. starting the day, warming up the muscles, & stirring the energy flow. Thank you
I’ve had lower back and hamstring pain for a while due to work and man these stretches have helped relieve so much tension!
I have never been able to get my heels down in a deep squat. I will try this. Thank you
This is what I love the most in TH-cam giving advices
“Flossing” is now my favorite type of mobility when doing a stretch and I’m going to apply it across the board in my yoga practice thanks for sharing!
Floss the body, floss the teeth. Stay healthy :)
Une belle vidéo sur lés étirements. Musique, pédagogie, respiration, technique etc.. tout y est . Bravo et encore un grand Merci.
Thnx Josh, just what my hip flexors need!
I never comment, but this is the single best video on TH-cam regarding leg stretches. My harmstrings aren't too bad, but most (yoga) stretches only seem to bend my leg cause i don't have enough flexibility
I just stretched vicariously. Thanks, Josh! Great content. “We are asymmetrical beings.” Welcome to my world!
Thanks a lot for sharing it.
dude, i love your vibe, you are like a monk
My legs are as flexible as a flagpole right now; and I am aiming for a full split! Thank you dear brother, will come back to update 😜
You got this
update?
@@tucrush6652 he got spit bro🥺
@@tucrush6652 tore up so much muscle and ligament, currently lying in hospital bed 😂
This helps ALOT for people who are trying to become more Flexible for a sport. Thanks for the video!
I had a good laugh on the floor. I don't why I even thought I could do this. I laughed for a good five minutes though, great stretch for my belly.
I've improved a LOT with this little routine. Thank you sooo much man!
at 7:00 is something I intuitively do as part of my stretching routine, exactly the way you just showed it ! How nice :)
This is very similar to stretches my chiropractor at one point recommended for low back/hip pain I had. I recently had a recurrence of that pain (lots of sitting after increasing activity levels) and did this video and it really helped! Highly recommend and thank you for the detailed instructions.
How grace and elegance.! Love this thanks 🙏🏾
I was doing yoga for 1 month and noticed that the leg stretch (my first time doing it) was pretty easy. Now I stopped doing yoga and noticed how much it affects the body. It's harder to stretch.
That gave me the motivation to do yoga again.
love these toe raised stretches and thank you for your words of encouragement : )
Hi Strength Side guys. You folks are wonderful. I'm learning so much. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Legs + potent + follow along ?! = me here !’
I'm glad ur here :)
Oh my goodness, these stretches were so good! I held that last hamstring stretch for a little longer. Outstanding!
That was the best stretch my quads had in a looooooooooong time. 😵
Literally the best legs stretch I’ve ever gotten. This definitely kicked my a** but I’m adding this to my routine. Thank you!!!
