Thanks, I appreciate your videos. I’m a 68 year old male. I started doing planks a couple of years ago. I’m up to over six minutes now without weight, I can do over two minutes with 35 lbs on my back. This looks like a great way to add more pain to my life. The good pain that is.

Bro please suggest me rotator cuff tendinosis exercises i have pain in my front deltoid...I got injured while doing pull-ups now I dont know what to do
I used to get pain in my left knee when doing the straddle stretch because my knee was rotating slightly inwards, but my foot was still pointed upwards, until I started doing the good morning variation, focusing on squeezing my inner thighs. Now I have no pain at all, because I have the strength to stay externally rotated. I can get my torso fully flat on the ground, and perform the exercise with 30 lbs on my back so far. It’s such a good exercise that I wish more people knew about! Great video! Thank you💜
Very interesting to see that in 9:41 you have a ton more flexibility on the right side. Does this affect you in some way? I find that I have a shoulder way more flexible than the other one, and it feels kinda weird to do shoulder dislocates with it (I still do them, anyway). I find it weird that the video has not so many views. Hope that does not discourage you. The quality, as always, is amazing. I never thought of using my thumbs for helping my wall slide, gotta give it a try. -Btw, which muscles or patterns should I prioritize stretching if I'm someone who spends a lot of time sitting? I want to incorporate stretching gradually to my workouts, so I just select a few movements when I'm done. For the upper body, as I said, I chose shoulder dislocates. For the lower body, I always go with the pike or the good morning (with a hold), but I'm probably missing something if I just go with it.- Nevermind, it is just in the video, you read my mind. I always heard of the couch stretch but never actually used it that long. My wrong there. Loved it, man.
I take my dog for a walk once a day. Most time is spent in a big, empty field. The only equipment I have with me is...a dog leash. Could you do a video on a list of stretches or calisthenics using the leash as a tool? Thanks, I appreciate what you do.
Thanks for this Interesting Video :) Are these exercices Really Necessary when we practice Qi Gong? Or which exercices would indeed Complete Qi Gong? Especially when Low Back Pain due to Micro Irregularties on the Low Back Spine Disks which tend to create Permanent Inflammations at the end of the day, after Intense Physical Work with Much Loads (carrying heavy tools boxs) and Bad Static Body Positions (plumber).
I am still struggling with the Press to Handstand... I think my main problem is the upperback and shoulder rotation strenght/flexibility. I guess doing these steches showing in this video will get me closer to my goal: Press to Handstand by summer 2024!
Hello, stretching exercises are really great for the body☀. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period, I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!
