UCC Is a formative step towards uniform justice but as india is a diverse country and people are more inclined to RELIGION than LAW,EDUCATION they see everything by religious perspective hence i think government should discuss regarding UCC to different stakeholders and moreover why tribal community kept aloof from this new system.. in one side government claimed it as a development & talk about universal justice then why they want to continue age old tribal practices
