    I’ve been doing this for a week and a half now and my legs are already in such good shape! It burns but it’s worth it for results

      NEREA 5 days a week not on weekends as I do other sport on weekends

      Chhaya Bhoi I do a lot of horse riding with means I’ve got big calves anyway so they look okay I guess it works claves too

    A year later and I'm still doing this one at least twice a week. Keeps my legs and quads toned and strong.

    All I can say is that this work out is awesome! I went to gym for 5 months and I didn't get the same good results as I am getting now just doing these online. Guess it's because in gym there's always pressure for getting more and more weight and I felt like I was getting bigger and heavier.
    Now I'm doing this one, the 4 minute arm toning and the 5 minute flat belly one about 3 times a week. Occasionally I do the 10 min cardio jump as well.
    It's been amazing! And I don't need to leave my house. Thank you Anna and POPSugar!

    This is awesome! Very manageable, too. I'm a weakling, and only needed minimal modification.
    Update: this really does help tone the butt. Mine feels firmer and shapelier after doing this workout almost daily in addition to bodyweight exercises or the Strong by Zumba video on this channel.

    I’m doing this exercise!
    Day 1: it hurts so much, have to take stops for seconds. I’m basically the girl in blue lol
    Day 2: my legs still hurt since yesterday. Somehow it gets a bit easier.. still need to take break for seconds
    Day 3: ❌ can't stand properly, I'll rest today
    Day 4: ❌ have no time today, but my legs felt better, gonna do 2 sets tomorrow
    Day 5: done once. Now can walk normally again lol
    Day 6: done 2 sets! (am + pm)
    Day 7: ❌
    Day 8: done once

    This is a great workout; be sure to warm up and keep your cool for the last minute because it's awesomely vicious! Love it!

    Day 1: Very powerful and kicks your butt (literally)

      Hello Ladies, this exercise fantastic. It changed my butt look. And the result will be shown after one week ( Daily). But I was doing it with other exercises “Cardio” or Cardio Dance. So better to do cardio 30 Mins, then this one 👌🏻

      But this one give your butt shape by tight. So it will be bigger and obvious. When people saw me asked me how did you change that much! Lol My butt wasn’t that big before.

    Thank you so much for getting right to the content in this video. Many similar videos give a 90+ seconds (sometimes 3 minutes!!?) introduction about liking and subscribing and some other junk that I usually skip and then end up skipping the entire video.
    I use this on my breaks at work and don't have time for the "fluff" (and I suspect it is ego-based, more than promotion of their products). I very much appreciate your work and dedication to helping others get healthy and feel stronger.

    I am over 200 lbs and have been doing these for the past 2 weeks my underwear feel a lot looser now and my legs always feel like jello the next day lol

    I'm so glad I found your video. I have wanted something short that I can preform each day...or at least 6 days a week. I do not want a bigger butt...I want to reduce the fat at the top of my butt...or would that be the hips? At 74, I'm please that I can keep up with you younger ladies...with the exception of the leg raises...my balance isn't as good as yours but I'm sure it will improve. Thank you for your video.

    the easiest way to try squat maybe it is an introductory but i honestly can say that it is my 8th day butt and muscles are grown for even for daily 2 sets

      fatima chowdhury yes see there is one girl doing the modified ones. So you can do what she's doing so not to agitate or strain your knee

      If you're experiencing pain, you should consult a doctor before you begin any exercise plan. I wear a knee brace that was assigned to me by a doctor. The knee brace allows me to do workouts like this one.
