wait, so every time I take a shower I would have to go down and up the stairs? It doesn't seem very practical to me...
But it's a nice house though.
One drawback of the house the kitchen is facing the front door and would be drafty in winter unless utilizing the another entry greetings from oakville 😮

Люди так не живут. Для продажи оформлено. По-настоящему жилые дома с вещами хозяев они показывают иногда, совсем по-другому выглядят.

Из кухонной техники одна кофеварка в уголке, а на всей остальной кухонной поверхности девственно чисто? Все ножи, поварёшки, соль, сахар и приправы аккуратно расставлены по шкафчикам? А остальные шкафы, полки и кладовки пустые? С компьютерами без мышек и клавиатур? Чтобы положить книгу на тумбочку у кровати сначала поднимают цветок, а потом ставят цветок на книгу? Живут в доме, где делается ремонт, и главное - ключ от дома при этом складывают в специальный футляр с кодовым замком, который вешают на входную дверь? Ведь это же всё так удобно ))
С другой стороны, вы же про Европу, а Торонто в Северной Америке...

What do you mean by 3 + 1 bedroom? I feel like I saw 2 real bedrooms, 1 non-legal bedroom in the basement, and 1 “I guess you could turn the dining room into a bedroom”. Maybe I am missing something or not understanding the definition. It’s a lovely home, I just feel the credentials are over played to justify the absurd selling price.
