Thank you for your instruction and guidance. I have watched many fasting videos and always thought that it was a good idea for decreasing insulin resistance, increasing brain derived neurotrophic factor, and of course, decreasing my weight. Your videos have helped me achieve the consistency, motivation and practice that I have lacked. For example, walking in the house when I couldn't walk outside was such a great idea! Drinking coffee as part of the plan and not a failure when I had a cup. Now I look forward to the one meal because the only restriction I have is to be mindful when I eat. It makes the meal a pleasure, and not stressful because I was thinking "this is it, I better do it right". Practicing this as a lifestyle and not just weight loss makes so much sense. I really appreciate your work. Again, thank you! You are an answer to prayer.
Been a while since seeing your videos. I also believe in sticking with something that is sustainable for a life time. For me, it is intermittent fasting with a daily caloric intake less than 1600 (for most days). I will say that occasionally I will try something different for a week (such as ADF) if I happen to have an occasional eating binge. 😊
Watched a ton of videos on this subject. You're was the most rational. It felt like the advice most kind to your body and emotions. We did it, we're at a good weight. Why go crazy or do something unsustainable in this home stretch. Even if it takes a while. Thanks! ❤
I’ve lost 23 pounds so far and I have around 10 pounds left to lose and it’s taking forever the first 20 pounds took around a month no exercise just lower calories, now I’ve been working out running or hiking and I can’t move the scale at all I’m trying to join the military which is my reason and I have a time frame of about a month any tips?
I lost 40 lbs in 11 weeks doing keto. The next 10 lbs took a while so I've lost 50 lbs in total. Some people say I'm skinny now, but the BMI tells me I'm still overweight and I want to lose another 10 lbs but damn they're stubborn and don't want to go.
Thank you for these tips. I feel like I have plateaued but I am determined to give it one year. I am on Day 169. I have 9.4 lbs to go and things have slowed down significantly.

Came here to say this.

work out on an empty stomach and walk frequently, especially after meals, and weight lifting will help too
How do you get past a three month plateau? Have lost 16 lbs. and it won't budge. So I started exercising and toning.
Thank you for this sanity and helping me refocus!!
This was great! ❤

Toward the end of Kayla's weight loss journey she was losing about a third of a pound a week. Hang in there. - J.R.
