Like your take on finding motivation and playing on strengths. This resonates with me because I'm a rule follower, which I think is why fasting worked for me. I like your content, your tips help me stay on track
this is absolutely on point and is actually how I did it ! gamification is how I learned Italian and then I applied it to weight loss and it worked ! lost 8 kilos in 6 months through tracking calories and steps, I never put them back on, I just adapted my goal to maintenance.
I LOVE games! Since I'm in my 40s, I have gotten a small reward each time I lose 4 pounds. I just earned an $8 blouse. I like the idea of adding my steps. When, I reach a million, I could have a reward.
I thought you didn't need to exercise while intermittent fasting to loose weight. But I have been doing 16:8 for a month and lost not a single gram. So, you do need to exercise to loose the weight. Everyone says that it is about the diet and eating less calories, meanwhile I am starving myself and not losing anything. Please, explain.
are you tracking your calories ? how many are you having ? at the end of the day, it’s calories in/calories out. OMAD can help with this, but you still have to abide by that rule.
I would start tracking what you eat. Because I can definitely eat 2000 calories in a 8 hour eating window. I can do that in a 4 hour eating window EASILY

Thank you so much! I really think this is going to help me.
I like this! Thanks. Daily accountability for earning points works for me too.

I started reading Thin Within by Judy Halliday yesterday. I like it a lot so far and think you might as well.
Great video, great points, but the toilet paper on the bookcase. I can't get past it, is there a story there?
Another way you could reward yourself is to buy a new shirt or jeans for every 5 pounds you lose
