Everything looks super but please please steel brush all the nuts and bolts and the screws before reassembling
Did you ever consider sand blasting ? And maybe for this particular job a pneumatic chisel ?
Not only gives you a better finish but is way faster than power washing , hand steel brushing , degreasing and so on

Restoration ? Валы как были с разбитыми пазами для шпонок так такими и остались. Подшипники не менял, - это сто процентов. Местами недокрасил, местами покрасил там где не надо. ХАЛТУРА !
Ещё и сальники старые позабивал внахалку. Слов нет. Плохо ! Ужасно !

I've never seen a restoration done with hatchets and that is a unique welding technique, but what an incredible project! Well done!
I guess that the welding technique would be called spot welding. But is was disappointed that they did not wear a shield.
wowwww...complete repair & restoration..good job but a minor comment regarding to the performance or workmanship of the mechanic concern, 1 not wearing steel toe shoes or personal safety gear,2 is regarding to the environment or waste water &,oil is not well keep in a secured container and thrown elsewhere,kasi kabayan dati ako sa denr kaya ganyan ako ka concern pagdating sa kalikasan but I am now retired and presently living here in N.A. w/family...yun lang nman kabayan...

E quem usa e cuida do que lhe serve na produção do sustento, retribuindo com dedicação e amor.
Quem não cuida, ao final da destruição descarta como sucata.
Quem cuida, ao final da necessidade para seu uso, repassa para outro(s) que:

Actually the concrete that was on it helped a lot in keeping it in pretty good condition. I was surprised that with all the effort you put into taking the 'gearbox' apart, that you did not at least look into the engine, - after all it is the 'Most Important' part of the whole vehicle.

не я конечно понимаю, что это рабочий аппарат. Но блин бетон чуть по шкрябали и залили краской =). Особенно радует запресовка пошипников топориком ну ты блин хоть досочку подложи потом стучи =)

Двигатель вообще не вскрывали, так брызнули краской, - и так сойдёт. Ну правильно, у них такое, наплевательсое отношение ко всему, без исключения. И это должен знать каждый, кто имеет с ними дело.
Самое интересное, что щуп в редукторе не потерялся, хотя судя по состоянию смазки им вообще никогда не пользовались! А так в целом агрегат не плохой, хотя сырой, как всё китайское.
посмотрел бы я, как они этим ручным гайковёртом открутят реально заржавевшие гайки со слоем цемента на них.

as incrustações sairiam todas e melhor, que com o disco de escovas.
Ao final: Trabalho concluindo com louvor, restauraram algo que muitos imediatistas descartariam.
É um máquina que merece um dispositivo de partida elétrica (arranque).
Espaço existe para adaptação.
É uma estrutura a ser copiada com muito sucesso e aplicabilidade.
No mesmo espaço da betoneira, pode ser instalada uma "peneira" para, areia, terra vegetal,
separador de terra ou arreia com entulho ...

This was great. Really well done. Loved seeing it working in the end. What a nice touch. I love seeing the older tough as nails machines get torn apart, scrubbed, and put back together. Such great technical expertise to restore these machines. The geniuses who came up with these tough as nails low maintenance machines deserve to be honored.
