Спасибо , было очень смешно и больно )) Братки нанесли грунт без чистки и обезжиривания , после чего прошкурили и без обезжиривания решили сразу покрасить , после чего наглушняк покрасили вилки (с зеркалами) после чего покрасили с внутренней стороны движок , отдельного восхищения заслуживает работа с баком . Замечательно !
Покраска изнутри заслуживает отдельного комментария)) Ну тут мотоцикл на 1 выезд чисто, если поедет

perfectly new tires, inflated and all on an abandoned bike lol. Even though this is really similar to those sneaker restore videos where they obviously bought and old pair and put some dirt on them, the whole reassembly and recondition process was really satisfying.

@@funkmonster I think he is referring to the fact that the tires were fully inflated when they rolled it out of the woods. Those are tubeless tires. Assuming no leaks, they could have reseated them and inflated them in the woods, but they didn't show it.

For everyone that doesn't know: This kind of content does very well on TH-cam and creates a lot of money for the creators as you might imagine if you see the viewer count of currently 46 million. So, the most common way to make content like this is, you take something (like this motorcycle for example), age it artificially so it looks as messy as possible, and then make a video about the restoration process. And this is how you can tell its artificially aged:
If you look at the corrosion patterns, you see a uniform patina that makes it look very beaten up (which in itself doesn't happen naturally). However, if you watch the cleaning-up process, you can see that the corrosion is only on the surface. If it would be slow corrosion over a long period of time, you would have parts more damaged than others and deep pitting in the most exposed parts as well as water condensation within the mechanical parts that aren't exposed to direct weather, which would cause corrosion even in sealed areas.
The insides of the motor look brand new. If you look closely, there is no sign the camshaft has worn. The oil is still liquid. After removing the surface corrosion with light tools, there is hardly any sign of material pitting left. If I would have to guess, I would say they poured salt water on it for a couple of months to make it look like that.
So, yes, you got fooled for money.

So amazing, and these guys do this with no bike lift. I would have left the frame and the swingarm all rusty then clear coat them. Show some of it's old self in the design. TH-cam is the best, I love this whole vibe...with just the clicks and clinks of metal. A tiny bit of ambient music, the editing...incredible!

3) почему шины накачаны и протектор не потерт практически
4) когда его катили нигде ничего не терло и не скрипело
5) почему почти все болты выкручиваются без проблем

в смысле почему? ))) вы не поняли разве?))) а клеммы какие все? как новый внутри пластик у клемм, даже сука провода не порвались))))) короче стоял он там примерно 2 -3 месяца от силы .. Если кто то наивно полагает, что метал после ржавчины без потери можно вот так просто восстановить удачи вам ))
Всё просто. Это один из тех, кто моет жёсткие диски (HDD) водой, и у него типа всё работает. Видос - чистейшая постанова, даже особо не заморачиваются с разнообразием. "Реставрируемое" изделие тупо кидается в гавнище на пару дней-недельку, чтобы обросло толстым слоем ржавого говнища.

Потому что вилка вся золотая)
Что это, как они реставрируют? На это смотреть невозможно. Они про существование смазки типа литола там, графитки не знают? Оси и болты на сухую загоняют. Зачем-то на дисках тормозных рабочую поверхность покрасили. Перья тоже покрасили, сальники не поменяли. Мот весь ржавый, ясно же что и камера загорания полна всякого шлака и он завести его ещё пытается. Поршневая вся ржавая, так он ещё и задиров по наделал после попытки завести. Та нормально, наждачкой потёр и поставил, во 👍. Надеюсь хотя бы кольца поршневые новые поставил. Прокладки под блок ю, и бумаги вырезал походу. Герметика на блок под целиндры нахреначил, масло каналы перекрыть может. Подшипники старые хрен знает в каком состоянии, помыл и обратно поставил. Ни клапана не притёр, ни сальников не поменял, ни момент затяжки по мануалу не выставил. Собрал двиг, заводить начал. Понял что ГРМ не выставил, слава богу, что клапана с поршнем не поздаровались. Цепь ГРМ растянутая может, замена. Свечи ржавые, забитые сажей, помыл, поставил обратно. Он гайды посмотрел хотя бы какие-нибудь. А мотоцикл жалко на самом деле.

На самом деле я удивлен, что они его завели) мот видать больше терпеть эти издевательства не смог и запустился только чтоб уехать от них😂

@@kochkin1086 думаю не только про неё. С закрашенным зеркалом амортизатора работа подвески становится на порядок лучше. А тормозной диск после покраски еще смазать желательно, чтоб не тормозил вообще.

This is a prime example of why I didn't become an engineer. Just thinking about the design process to go from paper to completed bike give me a migraine. Then to think about the guys who take a rusted out POS and restore it to pristine condition humbles me to the utmost. Kudos to all involved. I have a hard time replacing windshield wipers never mind a full restoration.

A restoration of this nature requires a torquemeter; the replacement of seals, bearings, rings, sometimes the entire new pistons, sparks, filtering elements...and usually overhauling, honing, and replacing engine and/or gearshift parts.... And considering the main parts as the conecting rods, crankshaft, cylinder head, and block are good.... I think it would be necessary to show these needs more explicitly......A restoration of such a machine does not simply consist of dismantling, cleaning, painting, changing gaskets, lubricating and re-assembling... Generally it's impossible to rebuild the carburator without changing some elements for new ones..... But it is necessary to congratulate the reformers. A wonderful job. Even we can observe that they do not have equipment and tools specialized in engine restoration and overhaul.

I was cringing so hard when they were sanding the valve seat recessions, and I didn't see a torque wrench once while rebuilding the engine but yeah after all they did get the bike running and looking good again, so props for that

@@mikaxxy You know i have built several engines in my time and back in the day when i was younger i wasn't as disciplined as i am today,in a engine, head bolts torque is major critical but thats it, i say this for a person that wouldn't have a torque wrench or could borrow one for a very limited time, the rest of the engine unless a person is not one of those thats has to go ape on the bolts as long as you snug them good in a criss cross pattern your good to go.
These days i go by the book,things do work a lot better that way.

Вы почистили цылиндры и поршни руками с помощью абразивной бумаги, это недопустимо!!! Нужно расточить цилиндры на специальном станке до ремонтного размера и подобрать поршни и кольца нужного размера!!! Притереть клапана если нет большой выработки в их направляющих а после сборки отрегулировать тепловой зазор в клапанах. Фазы газораспределительного механизма нужно устанавлиаать во время сборки двигателя а не после попыток его запустить!!! В общем этот мотор недолго будет ездить!!! Вы помыли электро проводку в воде, вы серьезно???))) Вы покрасили рабочую поверхность направляющих вилки переднего колеса, уверен, она после этого работать не будет!!! Если эта работа проделана чтобы поставить этот мотоцикл в музей и никогда на нем не ездить, то на эту ужасную сборку можно не обращать внимание. А если эта работа была проделана чтобы долго и без проблем ездить на этом мотоцикле, то это всё было зря!!!

It looks like this bike has been sitting outside the element or flooded based on the shape. I have my good vietnamese & Filipino mechanics, they don't need lots of tools. There are many good asian mechanics who doesn't have diploma to be able to fix or restore, some are just acquired by experience and taught by their certified mechanics and some went to tech school. They started as a helper and then turn to mechanics . Some go back to school to be able to have certification and have their license. They only have minimal tools. If they need special tools that is the time they will buy or borrow from other mechanics. I am so impress the skills of this guy. It looks easy disassembling but is not. It is much more harder restoring and assembling especially the electrical part, engine disassembly/assembly, the correct bolts to put, it is impressive. Personally, if not the results is the same as going to big shops charging lots of money. Well that is business which I understand. What I preferred in going to the dealer is using their diagnostic machine and repaired to a reliable mechanic outside the shop if it can be done or doesn't need any special tools. Anyways, Thanks for this video. The kawasaki bike turn into a BMW. :) Peace !!! I appreciate it.

Fabuloso, no se si realmente todo fue reutilizado, hasta la bujía ¿por qué estaba botada la moto? Pero lo preocupante es que no utiliza guantes para trabajar con gasolina, limpiadores, etc. Eso a la larga daña los riñones, es muy grave... felicitaciones por la restauración...

Really great restoration but there so many things I'm confused about. It says Kawasaki in the title but there's a BMW badge on the front and a Honda Rebel engine. Also I don't know if I would necessarily paint the functional part of the struts gold, only the outer case
Yes I think they mean two cylinders and four stroke engine.
I think theres some more things that didn't fit. Why were they reinstalling wires that were damaged? Why did they paint the brake calipers, and some other stuff that was inside the engine? And the odd choices regarding the paint colors...
Yeeeeahhhh. They painted a lot of functional parts that shouldn't be painted. You should never paint parts that require friction during normal functions. Like the fork sliders - those should be polished clean metal so the fork seals can actually do their job. Same with the brake disks and sprockets. That paint is all going to flake right off when you put the bike back into use. And in the case of the disks, could actually be hazardous for stopping. You'll never see painted brake disks on any working vehicle. If a vehicle looks like it was left at the bottom of a lake, I would expect things like the forks, rear shocks, clutch assembly, brake and clutch cylinders, wiring and electrical parts would all need rebuilding or replacement, not just paint and reassembled. The teardown was super satisfying to watch, and their ability to take it apart and put it back together is amazing. But the actual work on a lot of the suspension and the questionable decision to paint over functional parts and not replace old electrical components are bad decisions. I would not ride that bike for more than once around the block. Maybe not even that.
