Same as the Genius Girl who is fixing every broken motor in China, the paint is the giveaway
Not the same, that so called genius girl never grinds crankshafts or replaces bearings, piston rings or seals, never checks bore diameters or hone cross hatching. Never checks crank journals for tolerance or condition. Her projects are just rudimentary clean and paint. She may amaze the unitiated but her work is just a rough patch up job and will not give satisfactory performance.
@@kenc3288 as i'm finding out the genius girl in China has many multiple TH-cam accounts where the same videos are uploaded over and over. Has the sniff of someone milking the ad rev here
Her name is Lin Gouer and she is pregnant.. that's why
@@leokimvideo How can we blame any of these people? YT has given them a chance to have a better life, and many of these guys have some pretty great skills. Nothing seems to be done to spec, but it works and is better than it was. That ad revenue must have changed their entire families lives...
i love watching that girl. she has her own sandblaster.
"Rough and approximate work".
สวัสดีครับประเทศไทยครับผม
日本で使われなくなったエクスカベーターをレストアして復活させてくれて有難う御座います🙏
日本から応援しています🙌
Love the machine operator at the end..hard hat for safety and flip flops for comfort.
It' all a show and he's making doing money it
A testament to what can be done with human ingenuity, semi-primitive and home made tools, and a wealth of knowledge! Bravo!
This is a man of focus
I think his personal truck needs restoration too, what ya think?
We are also implementing that project
I take my hat off to these men its an amazing project
I respect, I respect, I respect.
Thank you very much
Great job, still waiting for that giant Komatsu to show though!
He is a very good macanick
Wishing you and your loved ones good health. Thank you for always following and supporting us
Good job Vietnamese Team of Engineers/Mechanics !!!!!
A torque wrench is nice to have😂
i absolutely love this kind of stuff..
You need to buy a torque wrench one day. I hope you made a big profit when you sold it, for all the hard work you have done.
Amazing work with simple tools on dismantling and refurbishing a small Japanese mini excavator. 👏 Respect to the driver for how smoothly he operates the machine. 🚜💪
Thank you very much. Please follow and support us!
Some constructive critisim. That young fella has a lot to learn about a full engine rebuild. I have no doubt given the opportunity of higher levels of training much more finess would be achieved.
An A for effort and giving it a go.
He's fun to watch
Not a Boy, but a Man with knowledge and skill. Took great care with his work!!
I was just about to make a similar comment, but you made it first.
Gonna say same and that's not a gigantic escavator
Top demais o trabalho
Best TH-cam video I have ever watched, absolutely brilliant!!
Finanmente! Bravissima!
Job well done. It take a lot of courage and skills to achieve these results. Salute to your hard work.
And he's fun to watch Good for him and his helper's
A very good job well done looks great and works great. Congratulations
Very entertaining, wish a lot more people in this country had the same work ethic as these guys, well done.
Hunger has a certain amount to do with that. I've worked with many people, some do, some don't.
I'm sure his village is also doing better from his hard work
i WATCHED ALL, Super job. Great work. Long life. Best to you. Be careful. 12.13.2023
Thank you very much . Please always follow and support us!
Very nice video, and thanks. Enjoyed, and I am 84 years old. be careful. k
i saw all of it, enjoyed it, thanks
Forget any negative remarks young man for you did and excellent job.
He's doing what he likes and makes money doing it why complain?
It was worth the extra trouble for sure. Look at what you got you can make money with this machine. Time to do another even bigger one.
Did he rebuild it, yes.
Did he RESTORE IT, NO!!!!!
That is a mini excavator no where near giant. Awesome job restoring it.
Maybe they are very small people.
That's a mini excavator. It's far from a giant. No torque wrench in site & reused parts in the engine is just asking for trouble. Looks like a fun restoration though.
Someone needs to give this young man a good job. He is smart
We need to start a go fund me page for this guy. He needs a torque wrench and a parts washer. Or at least rubber gloves to wash his oarts with instead of bare hands and solvent.
One word: remarkable
Guys U are mechanical geeks. It was so impressive that I didn't realize that the video is 3 hours long. Well done guys, good job.👋👋👍
He's a genius he videoed it otherwise he would have had a bag of spare nuts and bolts left over.
Get a torque wrench! You should always lap valves back in too. I doubt this engine will last too long.
Not up to specs, but he's making money doing it.
now its good for 15 or more years once more
It maybe old but it certainly is not obsolete, depending on the job parts it will do going forward
amazing work, Best movie I seen today, thanks for the share..
That was amazing, hats off to all who were involved.
Considering the amount of work that was put into this, I’m confused as to why pins and bushings weren’t replaced.
Finally someone who can saw that. Did u see the bucket needing to be reskinned? and the main bearing between the tracks in the cab having a quarter inch of play? And the head gasket not doing its job when he started it, cuz he took a angle grinder to the milled mating surface… and he has a mill
saw the same and thought this is a 40% overhaul at best @@top_dawg_toby
Because it's a youtube show we all know it's not up to specs
no
Very nice job with what you had to work with. Keep up the work.
I’m so confused right now and have to think this is a joke but they painted most things fixed the things that don’t matter like the seat and the body but forgot about things like the track adjusters the tracks actually the whole undercarriage, as far as I can tell they didn’t put new pins or bushings in anything they didn’t even put teeth on the bucket! For those who don’t know those are the shanks that the teeth are attached to and they struck an arc many times to cold weld on some little plates to the sides of the bucket that probably fell off in the first five minutes. I can see light coming through the bottom of the bucket everywhere and then they painted it too? Why? Life in BFE I guess
It's a youtube show we all know he's not a pro rebuilder
Thank you for watching this channel, it is very good and adds insight about heavy equipment machines, I hope this channel will entertain more and increase insight and knowledge for many people
Thank you very much
Excelente trabajo, quedó 0 kilometro, nueva.🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉💪💪💪💪💪👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏🤗🤗🤗🤗🇦🇷🇦🇷🇦🇷 saludos desde Argentina 🩵🤍🩵
cảm ơn bạn đã xem video và đóng góp ý kiến cho chúng tôi chúc bạn thật nhiều sức khoẻ hãy luôn theo dõi và xem video của chúng tôi !
he did very well. Another great restoration job was done, it turned out super nice. I also do this job but this is the first time I've seen him do it so well😭😭😭😭😭😭
Unique video. I like your projects 0:54 Boy did a hardwork. Amazing boy!🎉
The grooves for the piston rings should have been cleaned.
Who says they weren't?
WOW! This is a great example of knowledge and skill!!
wow, great performance!
The work was impressive. This, however, was not a solo job. Someone inventoried and documented the parts, someone did the lathe work, someone did the welding and metal fab. Two people I believe the hydraulic lines. his was good work but it was definitely a team effort.
Tay nghề giỏi quá 👍👍👍👍
Good mechanical skills, especially on the engine- well done 😊
Common sense. More than 3 people were at the job. One can not do it all by himself.
I watched the entire video and was amazed with the commitment, & ability, of this man to remanufacture what was just scrap to the untrained eye into a fully functioning construction excavator!
This was one of the most interesting videos of the complete restoration of diesel powerd heavy equipment I have seen on TH-cam!
Does anyone know what the $ value of the excavator is after the total rebuild?
I’m amazed at your commitment to watch this entire 3 hour video!
Never seen a diesel engine with spark plugs in it. This is a gas engine not diesel.
Those aren’t spark plugs🤦🏼♂️ they’re glow plugs. It’s a three cylinder diesel
Fity cents. Lol
Without music could be perfect.
Talagang kahanga-hangang trabaho. Kayo ay isang inspirasyon.
Best worker Ivve ever seen so far . well done.
Thank you very much
What's amazing is that not one cylinder needed a new rod, barrel or pin rebuild, nothing on the machine was seized, all it needed was to be disassembled, cleaned and painted, NO PROBLEM, RIGHT!!!
It's all show, and he makes money it doing
Восхитительно. Вы вдохновили меня купить себе дешёвый экскаватор под восстановление. Добра вам!
Amazing dedication and work.
Did you not seat the valves by spin-grinding them in place?
It's not up to specs, but fun to watch
Great rebuild. The only thing I would change is the purple paintjob. It just ain't right
Muito bom
E
Esse guincho também deveria ser reformado, kkkkk
Muito legal esse vídeos
Perfeito
Parabéns a todos os envolvidos (Congratulations to everyone involved)
This is truly a great piece of work. The young man doing the work should be very pleased with the results and his parents must be very proud 😊
I’m
Didn’t see you TORK NARY A BOLT. I’m sure that was NOT the sequence to tighten the head bolts. Then you put PUTTY on a working machine. That must be only a Show Machine. It would never last long under working conditions.
Coloca aí outros vídeos de reforma de máquinas
good job
Looks like that poor machine hasnt been greased in 20 years.😄
great work, great group, but the color - horrible! here in germany they say: purple the last try keep it up and stay healthy!
❤🍀🎖️
It's a show why complain
Мужик с большой буквы, реально заморочился, респект. Поставил бы 100 лайков.
I can't believe they welded bolts to the end of the Excavator bucket pivots.
201k subs, not bad for a show, we all know it's not up to specs
Love it all you do. It would be interesting if you also did a restoration on the van with the crane you are working with on the excavator in this clip. Good job guys. 😍🏁💯❤
@3:02:50 - While he's loading it it's is pouring out fluids, probably hydraulic from the rotator. Not a fun place to have a leak, I hope it's just a fitting... This guy did a great job for what he had for tools and help from others, happy for him!!
Not up to specs but fun to watch
A job well done my brother's. Its amazing to see such art and ingenuity in your work. I am learning in each and every of your videos .. I thank God for such videos that make me relaxed and better because at the end of the day, ITS WHAT YOU KNOW. More life, health, love, and prosperity to you guys in Christ Jesus, Amen.
Thank you for your feedback so we can better improve future products. Wishing you and your loved ones good health!
Amazing job!! I would've used the Caterpillar yellow instead of the pink.
Que beleza de trabalho, parabéns.
Exactly which part of a mini excavator is GIANT?
Do a komatsu pc8000 next. Now that's a giant excavator. Nicely done gentlemen on this one.
Nice job guys, congrat's
Thank you very much . Please always follow and support us!
I'm still looking for the giant excavator.
I love these guys. I wish I could bring them to American, teach them English, and put them in my shop with tools they probably have never seen before. If they do this good with little to nothing, imagine how good it would be with the right equipment? There are a few things I would want done differently, but man they got what it takes.
Thank you beautiful American, wish you good health. Please continue to follow us!
I love flip flop restorations with chickens.
Thank you very much. you're really funny
Super,,,,,,good luck brother ❤😊

A-1 job man, bravo👍
Thank you very much, someone who always follows us, and wish you good health
Great video editing and the motor rebuild, I thought the radiator needed attention.
Epic resto bro. watched the whole thing in one shot and couldn't turn my head. Got me looking for projects! Don't forget your seat belt though... don't want you getting smooshed,
Well done good job 👏 👍 👌 😀
the pipes are old, the radiators are clogged - rukoshops and not restorers
Hey genius! Should have used a magnet to pull out those ball bearings
It's a show we know it's not upto specs
