Not the same, that so called genius girl never grinds crankshafts or replaces bearings, piston rings or seals, never checks bore diameters or hone cross hatching. Never checks crank journals for tolerance or condition. Her projects are just rudimentary clean and paint. She may amaze the unitiated but her work is just a rough patch up job and will not give satisfactory performance.

Amazing work with simple tools on dismantling and refurbishing a small Japanese mini excavator. 👏 Respect to the driver for how smoothly he operates the machine. 🚜💪
As a retired mechanic.Apprenticeship served, there is nothing that I have seen you do that is in anyway lacking the way I would have done it. Do not let the idiots influence you in any way. They will drag you down to their level. Great Job.👍👍👍.
I love to see all the attention he gives to every detail. I couldn't believe how amazing that engine looked after he finished rebuilding it. I doubt anyone could watch this video without being impressed.
Outstanding Talent man, we'll knowledge in what you setup to restore, especially excavator, and now I going to follow and watch your video and at the same token, Drink and eat while enjoying what you do. Congratulations
I love to watch this video , the full detailed of restoration .keep up the goo works ,you inspiring some who relates this fashon of mechanical works .I thank for the talents shared to us. May the great God bless u.
What's amazing is that not one cylinder needed a new rod, barrel or pin rebuild, nothing on the machine was seized, all it needed was to be disassembled, cleaned and painted, NO PROBLEM, RIGHT!!!
Das ist eine sehr gute Arbeit. Meine Hochachtung für diese Leistung. Hier ist die Welt noch in Ordnung und es repariert und nicht auf Teufel komm raus, verschrottet und weggeworfen. Sehr gut.
The most longest video of a new restoration on this excavator... Good work again you are a genius and a good mechanic my friend.. Keep it up with new video releases🇷🇴🇷🇴♥️♥️🛠️🛠️
Thank you for watching this channel, it is very good and adds insight about heavy equipment machines, I hope this channel will entertain more and increase insight and knowledge for many people
I don't know what country this gentleman resides in but that is besides the point. Ive seen alot of videos of these sorts and this just shows that people everywhere are not pulling apart something like in the states to collect or refurbish forever. They take things apart and repair out of nessasaty. This is why other countries that are not as fortunate as say the US have more skilled labor in many aspects. People should take note and think twice about throwing away that lawn mower or weed eater away so quickly. Maybe box it up and send it to these people. Maybe the landfills won't fill up so quickly.
The USA went through the era that is depicted in this video back in the twenties and thirties. Minus the power tools as there was no electric power. My grand father immigrated from Italy in 1898 looking for a better life and more opportunity. He found it but it wasn’t handed to him. He was a share cropper in the rural areas around Verona Italy. He farmed some here in the US and eventually became a plumber. He said the USA was “paradisio”. He and his fellow immigrants did well here in the US. Raising large families, starting businesses, buying and selling land, raising their children who also did fine. One of my aunts actually became quite wealthy in the scrap business. The USA is all about opportunities for anyone and everyone.
he did very well. Another great restoration job was done, it turned out super nice. I also do this job but this is the first time I've seen him do it so well😭😭😭😭😭😭
Anyone who sees themselves here as a viewer should remember that there are at least 3 forms of restoration: 1. The showroom restoration 2. The "proud of the restoration work, but ready for the real work" restoration 3. The comprehensive repair restoration If you find this list incomplete, you can simply leave the extension as a comment.
I really enjoy watching you with the kind of work that you can do. You remind me a lot of myself when I made my younger days. I’m 72 now can’t do it but I can watch you do it you do a awesome job
I watched the entire video and was amazed with the commitment, & ability, of this man to remanufacture what was just scrap to the untrained eye into a fully functioning construction excavator! This was one of the most interesting videos of the complete restoration of diesel powerd heavy equipment I have seen on TH-cam! Does anyone know what the $ value of the excavator is after the total rebuild?
Some constructive critisim. That young fella has a lot to learn about a full engine rebuild. I have no doubt given the opportunity of higher levels of training much more finess would be achieved. An A for effort and giving it a go.
He works with the resources that he has available. When I was an apprentice,a mechanic said to me,Adaptability is one of the main requirements of being a mechanic. This guy has that adaptability!
Love it all you do. It would be interesting if you also did a restoration on the van with the crane you are working with on the excavator in this clip. Good job guys. 😍🏁💯❤
WOW! Amazing skills ~ just absolutely amazing! KUDOS! Thumbs UP for sharing ~ unbelievable "true skills" whilst the rest of us need written assembly steps for putting together an IKEA desk!
Well watching you pressure washing an oily 360 digger on what looked to be the back patio of the house is a first for me, what your housekeeper said I can’t imagine 😀. Having said that, all the best in your future endeavours from England.
Same as the Genius Girl who is fixing every broken motor in China, the paint is the giveaway

Never seen a diesel engine with spark plugs in it. This is a gas engine not diesel.
Those aren’t spark plugs🤦🏼♂️ they’re glow plugs. It’s a three cylinder diesel
Fity cents. Lol
Really Amazing! Hats off to your dedication and efforts
Great video editing and the motor rebuild, I thought the radiator needed attention.
