Seeing Superman and Superboy fight as a team after watching their arc over the last few seasons was satisfying

I kinda wish before the fight with Zod there was one scene of Conner and Clark acknowledging each other, like Clark asks if he's really him and he says "Yes brother" or something like that. M'gann finally writing her brother off is so satisfying.

This felt like M’comm’s last chance (this whole season). Exploring martian society and truly seeing where he’s coming from. And he was given numerous opportunities to reflect and grow. He took none of them and just continued to make the worst choices. I’m so glad at the final dig when it was revealed what planet he got for his “purist” society and that his descendants end up looking more like green martians than white (and really the fact that BB’s skin turned green instead of white should have said a lot). How the other martians oppressed the white martians isn’t right, but that doesn’t justify such extreme actions in response.

I loved this whole season...I love how this show explores Atlantis, Mars, Phantom Zone, and New Genesis. Next it seems their gonna explore Apocalypse in the next season. I love the comic book lore, they don't just stick too the main characters. They explore the whole universe. I simply love it...I have no idea how they pack all of these storylines in a half hour. It sometimes seem like the show is longer.

Also Kaldur took those hits from Dru like a champ.
Kind of wish that Rocket had put a force bubble around the Eye, probably wouldn't have worked but would've been worth a try.
I think it was less that she was holding back and more that she was more precise in using her power. She had a pretty big change of heart when she shattered her friends mind on accident, that one time, stands to reason she was trying to avoid that while still keeping them out of the fight. Plus to be fair Kryptonians are known for having strong wills.

They don't immediately lose their powers at night sunlight just charges and strengthens I'm sure if they were without sunlight for a long time it would have an effect but it should take a very long time for that to happen although I'm sure different writers have handled it very differently

I love how M'gann is still holding back. Several years prior she was able to leave people completely catatonic, and I doubt her power has stagnated or lessened in the time since.
She only knocked out Lor and The Emerald Empress for a few minutes when she could have shattered their minds beyond all chance of repair.
0:15 JM is a great Nightwing. There’s no doubt Kaldur is a great leader, but like he said to Dick when they were kids “You were born to lead this team”. Thinking about it now, almost no hero has as much team leading experience as Dick in the DCU. I just love the Quaterback play call out. Almost makes me forget the show’s exposition/dialogue problem

This was one of THE BEST seasons for Young Justice yet! After that +7 year-long hiatus from when S2 ended all the way to S3 coming out in 2019, I almost forgot just how amazing this show was back on Cartoon Network!
A missed opportunity to use heavy hitters like Ion, Orion, WonderWoman, Martian Manhunter, Batman and Alfred in this fight.
Another missed opportunity would be for Kru El to come through the boom tube, and a family fight ensues.

That's how the world with heroics should be I think. There isn't a singular source of evil whose defeat wraps everything up. They take care of one threat and there will always be others but there are also always going to be heroes to fight the good fight.

I just recently became a DC fan, and after watching young justice for the first time ( just finished this episode last night) I can say this is one of the best shows ive ever watched, the action is great, the character arcs and backstories are phenomenal, and the shock and loss part ( deaths in each season) really make it an emotional rollercoaster, id wish we get that 5th season, id love to see them confront darkseid

3 Flashes, Wondergirl, Blue Beetle and Shazam, thats a pretty powerful team. Not to mention Black Canary's cry would be pretty intense against a kryptonians heightened hearing, chuck in red tonado as well and thats actually quite an even team against team Zod.
Probably not. The problem was that if they lost control of the Kaizer-Thrall they'd be able to bring in a significantly larger number of Kryptonians from the phantom zone (this was just one of the many groups Zod could call upon apparently)

We have three speedsters, Blue Beetle with the powerful anti-alien weaponry, two powerful magic users, with Black Canary to disorient them.
Throw in John Constantine, Doctor Fate, Wonder Woman, Captain Adam, and Starfire and it would've been more than an even fight.

The final blow to zod is the greatest moment since the jinjonator from banjo kazooie and the dark cosmic wave attack from yugioh bonds beyond time.

Man I know it's already been established, but it's so heartbreaking to see Conner so weak compared to a full kryptonian in this series. Kryptonians in YJ are already nerfed since they for some reason can't use their super breath or survive in space unlike most versions, but Conner is even weaker than that. Seeing him practically helpless at the Zod's mercy just seems so unfair since what we've heard about young Jonathan and him having full powers like heat vision and flight.
They nerfs everyone's power in young justice

It sucks that Captain Marvel (because calling him by his word of transformation is just wrong) gets no lines this season. Sure, there’s Mary’s trial under Fate, but that doesn’t count. Mary wouldn’t have gone to the dark side if the writers had utilized Captain Marvel better.

It may just be me who feels that way, but calling him “Shazam” when that is both the Wizard who gave him his powers and the word he uses to transform, it becomes a nightmare for him to introduce himself because he transforms back and forth by saying his now Hero Name.
Again, it may just be me, but it feels wrong to call him “Shazam”. It’s arguably the same thing about Pluto still being considered a planet to some people even if it’s officially not anymore.

2: Kryptonite as mentioned above
3: Superman was recently on a red sun planet, draining some of his powers

They did, they were put in sun pods. Now they weren't up to full strength, but neither was Superman.

Come on, they came from the North Pole/Arctic to metropolis, Kid Flash came there a few moments before the rest, meaning he was running and is faster than Baby Bioship.
BOTH Flashes shouldve come here in a minute after the global broadcast, they were both in Central City probably, which is closer to Metropolis than the fricking Arctic xd

Yes, but with Wonder Girl and Shazam as part of the team, the Speedsters would've been outmatched. They needed magicians and other heavy hitters like Shazam or Doctor Fate to even the odds.
Those Leaguers might have been trying to wrap up saving a bunch of lives at a big disaster somewhere else before the fight.🤷♂️
