Just to clarify for anyone who doesn’t know… The talons are undead, so Alfred using a gun on them isn’t breaking the no kill rule (That’s why Batman keeps blowing them up with explosive baterangs and cutting their heads off)
They did Nightwing so dirty here. He is more than capable to stand up to the Talons. Batman, in the comics, has remarked that Dick is especially hard to fight because of his dexterous mastery of acrobatics and overall world class agility. @@KingKalil I don’t really get where the disrespect comes from on DC’s part. For all intents and purposes Dick should be extremely capable on his own. He was trained by Batman, was the first Robin so I’m sure Bruce made mistakes like teaching Dick more of his tricks than Damien, (which makes sense, first son and all) and then on top of that Dick became his own hero and picked up some of his own abilities that Batman didn’t teach him. Not that dick should be invulnerable or anything but he shouldn’t be that far behind Batman at the end of the day.
@@tinkstergames8018 he's actually in a worst position then yamcha. Yamcha was actually doing pretty well, he just got caught off guard in Satan arc and Android arc. People just wanted to meme. I love how Nightwing suffered several nothing-to-sneeze-at knife wounds. And yet he still is able to do acrobatics and other bulshittery without seeming to be in any sort of pain or having any sort of negative reaction to said acrobatics. 😂
(For clarification, I’m referring to the wounds he suffered when he was impaired by several small blades on ropes. Lol there’s no way he’s walking off the two knives through the shoulders that easily.)
He probably IS in a lot of pain. But He's probably used to ignoring non instant lethal injuries from his days as Robin. Plus, he was raised by THE Batman who also on the regular ignores similar injuries
adrenaline can allow u to ignore pain (an athlete playing thru an injury). combine this with nw's training and probably extremely high pain tolerance and he probably has little reaction to such. its what makes the batfamily such good fighters.

Well as you can see in the scene, he was just coming in when he said it. And also, what would batman be doing in Wayne manor. I think that's the right order
It’s been a whole thing where people legit question which is the real one. For someone like Green Lantern. We know that’s the job and the costume. But in downtime they’re just Hal Jordan/Jon Stewart. The man behind the mask. But Bruce is different. Everything he does as Bruce Wayne is to further the Batman’s agenda and not the other way around. Like the Nolan movies. Bruce is the mask. Batman is the real deal.
I don't read the comics but I do see snippets of them from time to time and one of my favorite ones I've seen was of Bruce being mad at Alfred about 'hiding guns in his house' and Alfred replying that, yes, he did, and Bruce will never find them all
another snippet is when talon tells nightwing he might have made a good talon. callback to when haly's circus supplied their brightest stars to be trained as talons. and that dick great granddad william cobb was a talon as well
As much as I love the DCEAU, I can't stand the fact that they continually aide line Nightwing. In the comics, he was a key part of the Owls story arc, and he even went toe-to-toe with Talon and impressed him with ease. Nightwing needs more recognition in the DCEAU.

Did anyone remember nightwing is kinda knifed to the wall?!... No one? Only me? Oh, OK sorry for interrupting the father and son moment please continue.
Actually in the comics it was mentioned multiple times that Bruce Wayne is only a facade and the real identity is the Batman. In the recent comics which I don't know the title, batman, superman and wonderwoman agreed to meet to discuss on working together and before they started wonderwoman asked all of them to hold the lasso of truth and reveal their true identity, superman introduced himself as Kal-el, Wonderwoman as Diana of Themyscara and Batman as Batman. Batman holding the lasso so maybe its just a context of the dialogue that in the animated movie he intentionally said Bruce Wayne first.
Alfred once shot the effin preditor with a blunderbuss. and he once crushed a guy with the giant penny. in the injustice comics he beat superman to a pulp moral of the story. don't FUCK with Alfred
While it's a tradition/running gag that Nightwing gets an arm broken in every movie, this is the one when he actually isn't that nerfed, hell he got speared all over his body and yet kept fighting to give Batman more time.
@@djpegao Yeah he did about as well against the big bad as Bruce did alone tbh. Him dodging that wild sway attack shows the writers took him at least somewhat seriously
