I've done this workout yesterday evening and can only say that it's an absolutely amazing Pilates hour! A lot of challenging and unique moves, perfect structure and so much fun! Amazing workout. As a ballet dancer/teacher I'm used to doing a 90-minute conditioning/Pilates session everyday. This has become one of my favourites. As Desiree says it is important to pick up YOUR pace, as proper FORM guarantees maximum benefits. After 3-4 times doing this workout, you get used to doing the exercises properly and can really burn more calories. Thank you Desiree!

You are gorgeuse. Long time i was looking for exarcises for me witch are be combination pilates, streatching etc. Witch help to sculp body but...not upbuild over upper legs mucels especial tights. I have problam with. This what you do is very compatible with my personality, emotion, your voice soo positive, full of good energy, free from too much....spirtual accent haha, works on me perfectly. Maaaan its so hard, i burnt 350 calories for this workout. My weight is 48 kg so it’s my normal maximum capacity for working out in an hour. I love this

At that time i never ever thought that i would continue till now. It's really very very tough for a 63 (going to 64) woman to pick up your yogalate or pilate HIIT. There are still some postures that i can't do. :) And never thank you enough for telling us again and and again to "scoope the belly", "shoulders down", "squeeze those buns", My abs are more powerful than 2 years ago. Desiree, I have been exercising with you for 1 year now. I just did this class tonight. I was always intimated as its a 60 minute HIT but glad I waited. I think the more proficient you become and done right pilates should always be a challenge. I was only slightly tired during the second arm section. It felt so good!!!!!!
I've been weightlifting/running for many years. Now that I'm older I'm wanting to add more variety to my workouts. Hadn't done Pilates since the 1990s, I forget how amazing they are. I love how she has some really unique movements!

I was supposed to start your challenge last week but I hurt my knee. Over exercised. I’ve been doing 1.5 hours of Pilates and walking 5 miles. I’m 37 and my body isn’t as young as my soul I guess. So I took a week off only doing a modified version of one of your 40 min HIIT workouts. I’ve been going crazy resting so today I said I’m doing the 60 min one and I LOVE it!!! I am really sweating!!! You’re amazing by far my favorite!!! 💕💕💕

My favourite part of your workouts is that you separate the workout into the 4 sections - it really encourages me to finish the whole thing when I can keep reminding myself that my abs, legs, etc will get a rest after 10 minutes! it is so encouraging! Phew, the intensity. Never underestimate the power of Pilates. I started this workout in my comfy clothes thinking ” I shouldn't sweat too much”. I've been weightlifting/running for many years. Now that I'm older I'm wanting to add more variety to my workouts. Hadn't done Pilates since the 1990s, I forget how amazing they are. I love how she has some really unique movements!

I’ve been doing this every morning at 5 and it’s amazing. This one really makes you sweat and it’s awesome how the warm up and cool down section is still very challenging. I absolutely love this. Best way to start the day !!! 💕💕

I was supposed to start your challenge last week but I hurt my knee. Over exercised. I’ve been doing 1.5 hours of Pilates and walking 5 miles. I’m 37 and my body isn’t as young as my soul I guess. So I took a week off only doing a modified version of one of your 40 min HIIT workouts. I’ve been going crazy resting so today I said I’m doing the 60 min one and I LOVE it!!! I am really sweating!!! You’re amazing by far my favorite!!! 💕💕💕

Hey! Your workouts have helped my mental health so much during COVID, especially with my pilates studio being closed for the past 4+ months. My favourite part of your workouts is that you separate the workout into the 4 sections - it really encourages me to finish the whole thing when I can keep reminding myself that my abs, legs, etc will get a rest after 10 minutes! it is so encouraging! Phew, the intensity. Never underestimate the power of Pilates. I started this workout in my comfy clothes thinking ” I shouldn't sweat too much”.
