This looks great Dave, i found out why i only get some of your recipes, but not all like this one. I m 56, but only got this ipad yr. ago or so, so technology wise i'm not to savvy, lol. Anyway, if it is not listed on your home page, you might want to tell folks when they subscribe and tap the bell, it only signs you up for occassional new recipes. I did not know to tap it twice to change to all new recipes. I only watch 9-10 food shows, had to go to them and change them all. Probably not to many ignorant folks out there like me, but it would help new users. I just have never been taught.
I'm not sure how you would normally make chicken Kiev as this is exactly how I have always made it though we would just bake it in the oven, not fry it first, much easier and less oily. Btw, thanks for the Celcius measures, Australian's such as myself will much appreciate metric measures. 😊 OH, except I would use a ton more garlic in that butter.
We always just bake them, ends up with a much more moist breast and it's easier to know how long to cook them like that. Also, yes, Parsley works well as does adding a bit of grated parmesan cheese to the crumb mix.
