Happy Father's Day to all father's out there!
Happy Father’s Day for American fathers. Australia’s Father’s Day is in September.
Great watch as always ❤. Ive always sucked at making these. Definitely gonna give em a go more often
Wow! I’m definitely going to try this. Thanks for your top tips, Jack 😊
Thank you Chef Jack, they look outstanding. Been waiting for this very recipe!
You had me at garlic butter! I am making these for sure! Everything I’ve made so far from your channel has come out so good. I made the smashed potatoes with sauce with some bbq’d steak and my family requested that I make them again very soon 😋
Wow Jack another winner! The double run through the crumb mixture is a genius way to ensure a stunning coating finish. I’ll be using the air fryer for this one. Cheers from AKL, NZL.
Yummo great recipe thanks Chef Jack. 😊
Thank you! I love this one, it’s what I grew up eating quite regularly
One of my favorite chicken recipes, thank you Chef, hope you are keeping well
Looks so delicious Jack many thanks for sharing this great dish on how to make it.👍👍👍
Another winner! I have got to try this one. I have several of your recipes as my go-to meals now.
Oh you’ve done it!! My favourite and it’s another great one and it looks easy!!!
Looks amazing. Hats off.
Ohhhhhhhhh...that sound ..you are surely driving me nuts😂 man i can see how amazingly delicious that looks ..and ofcourse could see it from your expression 😋😋😍🥰😉
I love your channel, another subscriber to you channel, thanks for the great content and easy recipes, love them!
Def making this! I imagine that it would freeze well for easy meals to just fry when ready!
Omg thank you for this recipe. It will go into the monthly food rotation.
Oh, you said garlic butter!! I'm in all the way. Excellent presentation Chef J.O. I love a good crust on a chicken. Yummy! Great as always. This will be new for me, so cross fingers/toes please 😅..Thank you for this. 😊
That looks fantastic Jack.
Somehow I can't see my attempt looking so professional. I'll give it a good go though.
Thank you! You can do it just as good as me, if not better. It’s very easy
So you Do get it that it's one of the most popular dishes in ex USSR countries?
Looks incredible, and I actually have all the ingredients - I don't live in a food desert, that'd be an atrocious claim considering those that do, but I certainly live in some food badlands and what I can get at the shops nearby is limited :D Always love your recipes, I've cooked up a few and served them up to friends and family to great acclaim :)
Could you link us to your food processor / blender + the piping bag you used ?? Would love to know what you use!
Mmmm yummy 👍
So no wet hand dry hand 😂😂😂,great looking kievs Chef, one of my favourite meals
Hello Chef.
Can we also have additional videos with salads that go with KIEV?
Thank you. You’re doing great! :)
We love a good Kiev, but it's hard to buy commercially made ones with garlic butter inside. Most have like a creamy garlic sauce. I'll definitely be trying this one out for sure!
Thank you 🇺🇦
Mate I’m definitely going to be making this! Are you going to be doing more Webber sponsored videos?
Maybe a charcoal kettle version?
Cheers mate!
Awesome, please enjoy it! I’ve got something even better coming very soon! Hopefully later this week, if not next week
*Battle cry*
Chicken kieeeeevvvv!!!!
Whoooooooo!!!!
Btw nice chicken kiev tho man :)
I always thought you were supposed to make Mashed potato with it. Put the Chicken Kyiv on top and cut into it so your garlic n Herb butter pours out into your mash.
Mash is a great side for it. I have a note about that in the description. It can be served with any of your favourites
What do you do with the oil after you fried the chicken?
Let it cool completely then strain it back into the bottle and reuse until it starts to become dark and has an odour 🙌
My fave food but easy to make?
Someone, anyone, please tell me Chef Jack has a book out there?
Let me give you a little secret. Wait till the end of next month and watch this space 😉😏
I love me some kiev queef
You have nice fingers.
we dont fy it IN oil, its not fry potato
Dig out
Thank you for sharing Ukrainian food culture. And for correct spelling of Kyiv.
It’s not exactly how we cooking it here but still it’s really interesting way to cook it. I wanna and gonna try it for sure.
And you get it right. You can say if you did Kotleta Kyiv right by looking how butter flow after you cut it in the middle
Chicken Kiev is a Russian dish from St Petersburg so Kiev is the correct spelling. Thanks.
Советский, хоть Украина и Россия отринула общее прошлое, что-то, но все ещё связывает нас, товарищи.
Well, mine is not going as smoothly as yours. I think I needed bigger breasts. But just put them in the oven. Hopefully they will be tasty. I have so missed my Kievs. Faintly optimistic. 😊
Ok lol, sorry I'll be the one to ruin it for ya all, but that not the only OR the best way to make this dish :D I mean he did a good job on this recipe and presentation but actually is a lot easier and butter still melts and run on the plate :D
There’s always other ways to make everything. Not much you can really change from this recipe though and the method to which I made it. Of course, swap and change the garlic butter recipe but a Kyiv consists of crumbed chicken, baked or fried and stuffed with garlic butter
🇺🇦🤝💞💞💞🤝🇺🇦
kotleta po Kyivs'ki
Every chicken breast has two parts and one bone. The boneless part is for gentlemen, and the part with bone and papillote is for ladies. Ladies really like papillotes, checked many times
Looks good, but it's not the original recipe. We don’t cook like that in Ukraine
Awesome! And begs my political joke. Biden says to Putin "what's for dinner?" Putin says " Chicken Kiev" biden says " Yeah? We'll see about that!"
Байден спрашивает: что на ужин?, Путин отвечает: что принесет санитарка, пациенты не выбирают меню.
Thank you for a 🇺🇦 recipe!
Согласно В. В.

@@nadiiar75 where did you find russian propaganda? In the history?
That's a russian dish that later became popular in UA. The dish was named in the honor of Kiev by russains. Where's propaganda?
thank you for including the right spelling! KYIV is a more appropriate one
What I did like about your channel was the exclusion of you reacting to tasting the food and showing it. I see you started including it. Meh. Chicken looks good though.
Thank you for including the correct spelling of Kyiv.
We (Ukrainians) have been trying to educate the world about it and it's great to see people using proper Ukrainian spelling ❤
Thank you for spelling Kyiv correctly !
TY for recipe.
The only correct pronunciation is Kyiv. With love from Ukraine! 🇺🇦
"Kyiv (also spelled Kiev) is the capital and most populous city of Ukraine."
"Kiev" is correct in english transcription.
Yes, If derived from ruzzian language.
But Ukrainians call their capital Kyiv and our government legally mandated this transliteration in 2015.
You can say it's not a big deal, but it is, actually.
My pleasure! The reason I’ve given both spellings is to cater to everyone. It also helps with search for the algorithm as everyone is going to type different spellings
Incredible work and performance! But please…. Never use the word “Kiev” for this dish. It’s “Kyiv”! Thank you! Glory to Ukraine! 🇺🇦
Thank you 🙏 the only reason I’ve used it is it has a higher search than Kyiv. It’s only due to me wanting my videos to be seen on the internet and what people type in 🙌
Other slavs dont have letter Y in the alphabet. We all say kiev except you
I have no problem calling it Chicken Kyiv, no matter where it actually originated. Go Ukraine.
Many thanks for Ukrainian recipe and especially for Kyiv in caption 🇺🇦 🇺🇦🇺🇦
I love Chicken Kyiv, I've made them before and I'll tell you when you said "these are SO easy to make as well" I just about pissed myself laughing.
But ... I'll be damned ... your way of making them DOES seem to resolve the issue that made them very NOT easy to make, which was either butterflying the breast and/or pounding the breasts flat and then wrapping that around a butter lump and trying to tuck it all together and have it not leak.
I'll have to give this method a try.
Also, I don't use lemon but do add tarragon to the garlic butter.
It's pronounced broon-wahz, not broon-wah. You pronounce -oise as a Z in French, not as -ah. This is the most mispronounced word in culinary.
I know I know. Mistakes happen in the VO sometimes and I miss them unfortunately
thanks man! but there is only Kyiv
@@sionnach.1374 official name of the city in english is Kyiv. It's spelled that way in Ukrainian too. Stop spreading missinformation
Kyiv is right, not Kiev
That’s why I’ve written it like that. I’ve also wrote Kiev as it has a higher seo for the algorithm
@@NikolayWiner Kiev is a Russian word, Kyiv is the Ukrainian one, and international, too, Kyiv is the capital of Ukraine.
@@NikolayWiner Derived from Russian, yes, and considering what is happening now, any russian allegations are definitely unwanted. Slava Ukrajina
Looks great..what do you do with your old Oil Chef
Thank you! Let it cool completely then strain it back into the bottle. You’ll get a few uses out of it before it becomes too dark and has an odour
Best chef I've found on TH-cam: no faff, straight to the point, and nothing pretentious.
Really appreciate that! Thank you so much
