Its vital to keep moving to keep blood flowing and getting oxygen to the organs, i've had dogs 30+ years (all my adult life) except for 6 months after the last one died, in that 6 months i lost all my leg stamina and put on 4 inches around my waist, thankfully which has now gone again thanks to the current dog.
What an interesting realisation Neil, I hadn't imagined a dog to be so valuable 👏 I guess that's it then, dogs are going to be for life; the adorable creatures that they are. 🙂

I know how dangerous the conditions are this time of year but it does look so beautiful and timeless in that winter sunshine.......I'm not sure why but weather like that always reminds me of the old Jack Hargreaves out of town series......countryside, harsh winter and old skills and ways....I can hear the theme tune now. Excellent way to start the day, mate. I enjoyed seeing that frozen fog stuck to everything there as it does here, and particularly at this very moment!
