I don't think using Quran verses to invite non Muslims to Islam is circular reasoning. Many Quran verses tells the reader to ponder over the creation (alternation of days and night, design of camel) and think about the purpose of creation. No one needs to "believe in the Quran" in order to reflect on these verses as they are intriguing questions and not a matter of "blind faith". Thus, there is no circular reasoning here.
It is not as simple as that. If you ask a scientism believer to ponder, he will give you different possible theories to explain the existence of all these natural phenomena. You will need to build a solid valid argument to lead the discussion towards Islamic answer and philosophy will come in handy. I don't see how you can give dawa to people in a different field of study without first understanding their way of thinking and in the West, philosophy is very important.

Regarding it being impossible for Allah to do something that is meaningful or goes against his attributes i heard a lecture in Arabic subhanallah that for every time Allah sais to the prophet if they want to do this then Allah will do this and mentions a specific action for e.g surah nisa 142 it states "the hypocrites try to fool you and Allah is fooling them and other verses that mention ", they plan and Allah plans" ,they are fighting you and Allah is fighting them etc, now this is consistent throughout the Qur'an except for 1 verse in surat anfal 71 Allah states "if they want to betray you then they tried to betray Allah in the past and he gave you Mohammed power over them. Notice why Allah didn't mention here "he betrayed them" the word in Arabic is khiyana unlike all other verses subhanallah because betrayal goes against Allah's attributes. I highly disagree that we can't use the Quran to debate people who don't believe in the Outan. The Quran constantly uses rational arguments that any rational person can comprehend and submit to. Saying that these Quranic arguments are lacking and we need philosophy instead is deeply problematic. Philosophy is not revelation. It's not objectively true. No prophet used philosophical arguments instead of divine wisdom. We can use philosophy to enhance the Quranic arguments‚ not to replace them.

I'm not against using philosophy, I'm just against seeing it as an alternative to Quranic wisdom. Philosophy should be used as a last option, never the starting point. And it should be used as a way to enhance and highlight the Quranic rational arguments (and we should never use philosophical arguments that have no basis in the wisdom of revelation). AlQuran only accept argument or claim with proof; Surah Al-Kahf, Verse 51: " مَّا أَشْهَدتُّهُمْ خَلْقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَلَا خَلْقَ أَنفُسِهِمْ وَمَا كُنتُ مُتَّخِذَ الْمُضِلِّينَ عَضُدًا I did not make them witnesses of the creation of the heavens and the earth, nor of the creation of their own souls; nor could I take those who lead (others) astray for aiders.” (English - Shakir) via iQuran. It is to say that philosophical argument is not acceptable as proof. To say that the universe was created by God is only a claim. It is not a proof because no one can definitely verify the claim. It is no different to a claim that the universe is a natural brute existence. On top of that one is illusional because again no one can prove the existence of physical matter. One is illusional to claim physical matter does exist because one only relies on information in one conscious mind which are not necessarily the true facts but can be thoughts or imaginations or hallucinations. Similarly that the dependency or contingency argument for the existence of God is illusionary invalid. Human seeing tools are made of physical matters although the seeing object is INFORMATION in mental cognizance. So they have to use matter as tool to proof the universal matter(the seeing object) does exist. That is circular logic. And it is very obviously circular if one assumes the universe is made of physical matter alone so much so the mental consciousness the very tool use in recognizing information of seeing the physical matter is emerging from the brain matter. Similarly on the other hand idealists monism unable to get out circularism in any of their effort to prove the universe is only made of universal metaphysical consciousness because they have to use conscious mind to recognize information about universal existence. To use metaphysical thing to prove the metaphysical existence is circular too. As the consequence philosophical arguments for the existence of God be it Kalam or Contingency arguments are logically circular thus are only illusions.

The Prophet made clear its obligatory aspect when he said that ‘God has prescribed for you the pacing sa‘y’ as reported by al-Bayhaqī and others; and he the Prophet also said ‘Begin with what God has begun’ meaning al-Safā as reported by Muslim; and whoever volunteers tatawwa‘a a variant reading is yattawa‘ the ta’ here being assimilated good that is any good deed such as circumambulation or other that is not obligatory on him; God is Grateful for such a deed and rewards that person for it Knowing it.

What I can't get past is that if you remove 1-7 slices, the pizza still exists, albeit in a diminished form. Likewise, my body has parts, such as my limbs. From a purely physical perspective, if there is any difference whatsoever between A and B, then they are not the same thing. E.g if our Universe 'A' has 100 galaxies, and potential Universe 'B' has 101 galaxies, then A and B are not the same universe. In that sense, the existence of the universe depends upon the existence of every single individual part as well. If the colour of your eyes were different, it would be a different universe. This is consistent with how atheists understand the infinite multiverse. You are correct that even if you lose a leg, you are still the same person. However, that is because you are not only physical. You are physical + spiritual. You are the same person with and without a leg because in both cases you have the same unchanging soul.

I don't think using Quran verses to invite non Muslims to Islam is circular reasoning.
Many Quran verses tells the reader to ponder over the creation (alternation of days and night, design of camel) and think about the purpose of creation. No one needs to "believe in the Quran" in order to reflect on these verses as they are intriguing questions and not a matter of "blind faith". Thus, there is no circular reasoning here.
It is not as simple as that. If you ask a scientism believer to ponder, he will give you different possible theories to explain the existence of all these natural phenomena. You will need to build a solid valid argument to lead the discussion towards Islamic answer and philosophy will come in handy. I don't see how you can give dawa to people in a different field of study without first understanding their way of thinking and in the West, philosophy is very important.

Regarding it being impossible for Allah to do something that is meaningful or goes against his attributes i heard a lecture in Arabic subhanallah that for every time Allah sais to the prophet if they want to do this then Allah will do this and mentions a specific action for e.g surah nisa 142 it states "the hypocrites try to fool you and Allah is fooling them and other verses that mention ", they plan and Allah plans" ,they are fighting you and Allah is fighting them etc, now this is consistent throughout the Qur'an except for 1 verse in surat anfal 71 Allah states "if they want to betray you then they tried to betray Allah in the past and he gave you Mohammed power over them. Notice why Allah didn't mention here "he betrayed them" the word in Arabic is khiyana unlike all other verses subhanallah because betrayal goes against Allah's attributes. I highly disagree that we can't use the Quran to debate people who don't believe in the Outan. The Quran constantly uses rational arguments that any rational person can comprehend and submit to. Saying that these Quranic arguments are lacking and we need philosophy instead is deeply problematic. Philosophy is not revelation. It's not objectively true. No prophet used philosophical arguments instead of divine wisdom. We can use philosophy to enhance the Quranic arguments‚ not to replace them.
The Quranic argument is definitely enough to convince the rational reasonable people. However, there're people who argue for the sake of arguing. They're not looking for the truth, they're look for winning the argument. Philosophy is needed here to demolish everything they throw at you. Also, there're people who side and cheer whomever appears to be winning this back and forth , so It's important for the Muslims to be equipped to deal with people like that.

I'm not against using philosophy, I'm just against seeing it as an alternative to Quranic wisdom. Philosophy should be used as a last option, never the starting point. And it should be used as a way to enhance and highlight the Quranic rational arguments (and we should never use philosophical arguments that have no basis in the wisdom of revelation). That's how all the prophets and all their companions preached to people. And none of us can be better at D'awah than them.

I did not make them witnesses of the creation of the heavens and the earth, nor of the creation of their own souls; nor could I take those who lead (others) astray for aiders.”

It is to say that philosophical argument is not acceptable as proof.
To say that the universe was created by God is only a claim. It is not a proof because no one can definitely verify the claim. It is no different to a claim that the universe is a natural brute existence.
On top of that one is illusional because again no one can prove the existence of physical matter. One is illusional to claim physical matter does exist because one only relies on information in one conscious mind which are not necessarily the true facts but can be thoughts or imaginations or hallucinations.
Similarly that the dependency or contingency argument for the existence of God is illusionary invalid. In fact the argument trapped in another unverifiable metaphysical alley، the secular science blind alley, of unseen consciousness element of conscious mind.
Philosophical arguments and secular scientific inferences are illusionals are useless for proof of the existence of God. Philosopical arguments only use language claim as proof (Without witness obviously is unacceptable. It can't prove the existence of universal physical and metaphysical matter). Secular science on the other hand uses matter to prove the existence of universal physical matter which is obviously logically circular. Since philosophy is depending on science in accepting the existence of the universal physical matter it circular too. On this basis Kalam and Contingency arguments are false arguments for God/Allah existence so believe in God on Kalam and Contingency arguments are false beliefs.
Now only the truth of AlQuran, the true words of Allah the Creator ot the universe, is the true proof the existence of God. Allah was the Author of AlQuran. He was The Originator of the universe and The One and Only Witness of creation. AlQuran is His testimony, a first person testimony thus it stands as the true proof the existence of the Creator of the universe and He is One and Only God namely Allah
Noted that because philosophical arguments and scientific inferences are both depending on seeing alone for their proofs they both unable to get out or escape of illusions of circularism or circular logic.
Human seeing tools are made of physical matters although the seeing object is INFORMATION in mental cognizance. So they have to use matter as tool to proof the universal matter(the seeing object) does exist. That is circular logic. And it is very obviously circular if one assumes the universe is made of physical matter alone so much so the mental consciousness the very tool use in recognizing information of seeing the physical matter is emerging from the brain matter.
Similarly on the other hand idealists monism unable to get out circularism in any of their effort to prove the universe is only made of universal metaphysical consciousness because they have to use conscious mind to recognize information about universal existence. To use metaphysical thing to prove the metaphysical existence is circular too.
As the consequence philosophical arguments for the existence of God be it Kalam or Contingency arguments are logically circular thus are only illusions.

Truly Safā and Marwa two mountains near Mecca are among the waymarks sha‘ā’ir plural of sha‘īra of God the ritual ceremonies of His religion so whoever makes the Pilgrimage to the House or the Visitation that is whoever prepares to perform the Pilgrimage hajj or the Visitation ‘umra the original sense of both terms hajja and i‘tamara is ‘to aim for’ and ‘to visit’ respectively; he would not be at fault it would not be a sin if he circumambulates them the original tā’ of yatatawwafa ‘circumambulate’ has been assimilated with the tā’ by pacing quickly sa‘y between them seven times this was revealed when the Muslims were averse to this circumambulation because the pagan Arabs used to circumambulate them and there was an idol atop each mountain which they used to stroke. It is reported from Ibn ‘Abbās that this pacing between the two is not obligatory based on the fact that when no sin can be incurred the context implies free choice. Al-Shāfi‘ī and others however considered it to be a pillar of the Pilgrimage rituals. The Prophet made clear its obligatory aspect when he said that ‘God has prescribed for you the pacing sa‘y’ as reported by al-Bayhaqī and others; and he the Prophet also said ‘Begin with what God has begun’ meaning al-Safā as reported by Muslim; and whoever volunteers tatawwa‘a a variant reading is yattawa‘ the ta’ here being assimilated good that is any good deed such as circumambulation or other that is not obligatory on him; God is Grateful for such a deed and rewards that person for it Knowing it.

1. The universe is dependent upon of its parts together, not any individual parts in particular. E.g even if the pizza does not rely on slice 8, or slice 1, or slice 5, it relies on all of those slices together, because when you remove all of them, there is no pizza.
2. "If you remove some galaxies, the universe still exists"
Actually, not necessarily. Depends how you define 'sameness'. From a purely physical perspective, if there is any difference whatsoever between A and B, then they are not the same thing.
E.g if our Universe 'A' has 100 galaxies, and potential Universe 'B' has 101 galaxies, then A and B are not the same universe. In that sense, the existence of the universe depends upon the existence of every single individual part as well. If the colour of your eyes were different, it would be a different universe. This is consistent with how atheists understand the infinite multiverse.
You are correct that even if you lose a leg, you are still the same person. However, that is because you are not only physical. You are physical + spiritual. You are the same person with and without a leg because in both cases you have the same unchanging soul.
