Muhammad: Was a Warlord, had multiple wives one of them being a 6 year old when married, was illiterate, propagated Islam through wars and forced conversions, beheaded people, took slaves. You can see him through the actions of his followers.
Jesus: Was a carpenter, was literate, never married, never killed anyone and propagated "love thy neighbour", died for others, healed the sick, his actions were parallel to his words.

One in particular over heard us talking about the Lord. He asked us if we were Christians so of course we responded with a proud yes. He laughed I asked him if there was some sort of problem. He responded with another laugh and said just remember no man can be god. So I told him you're right no man can be God, no man can put on God's being but God can do anything and he put on flesh for us! I'm neither Christian or Islam but it's good to know what they understand to be true and then be able to relate.
I've got two good stories about Muslims. I've found weirdly enough both cases, they were Uber drivers.
First ride was during the pandemic and I had learned he was from Lebanon. Now, just the week before that horrible explosion occurring on the docks and blown up part of their city so I offered condolences if he had family / friends back home. We get a lot of immigrants here in Canada.
So, he said finally, "Do you know who is responsible for the pandemic?" I replied, "Who?" (I was expecting some conspiracy theory that it was genetically-engineered in the States and released as a bioweapon against China or some such nonsense.) He replied, "God! God is the one who did this; he is punishing us."
And I replied, "Yes, yes, She is."
Stopped him dead in his tracks (still driving) and then I added, "With climate change, over population and urban sprawl, of course, Mother Earth has been not respected and we've been abusing her after she has given us life and have been taking care of us." He did not say another word after that.
The second story happened about a year later. I have a limited knowledge of Islam but one I do know is that the Quran is so revered that it should never be kept below a certain height (not a coffee table book, for sure) and never touch the floor and/or ground. It's very disrespectful to Allah and it's offensive to Muslims. So, on the night my Mother had just died I ordered to have an Uber take me home from the hospital about 2 am in the morning. An SUV pulled up with loud dance music and coloured blinking lights. After he started, I asked him politely to turn off the lights and the music but he wouldn't oblige. I repeated my request but he wasn't understanding my distress. Once I was able to ask some rudimentary questions, I found out that he hardly knows how to speak English. So, I told him how it was so disrespectful to me as my mother had just died that it was equivalent of me taking a copy of his Quran and putting it on the dirty floor of his car. He said, " I don't understand." By the time we got to my place, I've learned he was a Syrian refugee and had been in the country for 4 years and still hadn't learned English to hold a simple conversation. Finally, he gave me his translator and I typed in what I was trying to tell him and it was converted into his language. Once he understood, he could see why I was so aggitated. He started to apologize profusely and I told him, "You're forgiven but you're in my country now. Learn English." (I was so exhausted & upset I didn't even say please.) and left. I'm not Islamophobic, btw.
It helps to know what ticks them off to better communicate across not only language barriers but cultural ones as well when you need to.

I literally had a Muslim tell me almost verbatim what you described. He is a doctor. He told me that they found that there are three protective layers for a baby in the mother’s womb. He said that Muhammed declared that the unborn would have three layers of protection and it is only now that science proved he was correct.
Even the well educated still blindly accept what their imams teach them, without checking, without thinking. You point out what the texts actually say and they don't want to know. I like to ask them about the sun setting in a muddy pool (quran and confirmed by muhammed), or that stars (i.e. 'shooting stars') are used as missiles to keep devils away from heaven. When they read these for the first time they run away in embarrassment. It shows they are taught a filtered/sanitised version of islam. They are lied to from birth.

Modern scientific historical research proves that the city of Makka could not have existed as a large commercial caravan city in the years 600 AD
Main reasons for this fact are:
1) Makka is not an oasis, so there is no surface water (only a well, known as zamzam which is clearly unsufficient for many caravan camels)
2) Makka is not shown on any map at that time or even previously
3) Makka is located down of Hidjaz plateau and could therefore not be located on the caravan route which is located more than 1000 m above on the plateau (eg the city of Taeef is located at an altitude of ca 2000 m while Makka is 300 m)
4) there were no archeological artefacts discovered in Makka dating from before circa year 700
5) no agriculture whatsoever is possible in this wild desert location, how could a large city survive in such adverse climate ?
