I think this is one of the best Highway cruisers that you can get at this point.
Tata Punch also comes with dual paint options and there will be a lot of different aftermarket options available for the car.

Not sure why no one talks about the rear headroom in baleno/glanza. I test drove Glanza AMT and drive quality was slightly better than exter, but rear seat is cramped at 5ft 8 inches head was touching the roof. So it might be bigger but exter rear seat is more comfortable

Go for baleno cvt if u drive more in city...if your drive is highway go for manual top end
Which car will be better for a first time buyer around 7-8 lakhs and which engine cng/petrol?
- need: family car, comfort, usual city run(not daily), occasional trips to hilly areas like uttarakhand.
- confused among Tiago/ Baleno/ Altroz/ Exter. Comparison video will be much appreciated.

Exter
Family trips need a boot space, so you might not consider CNG. Even if you are considering it, I would say go for AURA CNG. For petrol, don't go with Tata. I would say Exter/i10 nios/swift. I would also recommend Magnite if you have Magniteworkshop near your house.

Altroz is best only for diesel ,if u want petrol baleno and ignis are best

Punch , Exter , Brezza mese koun si lena Chahiye , 90% Highway run , run approx 7000 km per year , with aged person on rear seat
If safety is your primary concern go for punch but it's stiff suspension may affect aged persons. Exter's suspension and engine are smoother. I recommend exter. you can also go for breeza if your budget is on higher side.
Is Glanza a better product than Baleno? Does it has a better built quaity ?

Long term mein Maruti rattling noise bahut aati hai. Maruti k engine ke alawa cheap parts use karte h. Hyundai ka sirf clutch thoda hard ho jata hai long term mein. Baleno is bigger car and it's not easy to maneuver in city . If you are looking for a compact car easy to drive with better grnd clearance with all features, exter is good. If you are are looking for a bigger car bulky looking premium hatchback car for highways, go for baleno.exter AMT is better than baleno amt because the exter has paddle shifters

Hi, I am confused between Exter and punch. Which one I should buy? Car will run 500 KM per month maximum. Help me to decide please
Punch will handle the uneven roads better. Punch's body is stronger. Whereas exter's engine is smooth but the body is weaker. It cannot efficiently handle uneven roads. For long journeys, I recommend punch but you can test drive both these and decide yourself.
Just go for exter you will not regret...exter is much better quality than punch...esp in mid variants.Punch top end is the only variant ill advise over exter
