People buy Toyota for their engine refinement, reliability and overall quality. People buy Suzuki (in India) for it's service network and frugal engines. So why would someone but a Toyota that does not have it's qualities while giving up on the wide service network of Suzuki? Beats me.

@@metallicsigma No so basically Toyota and Suzuki decided to share engines for the Indian Market. So lower segment cars like Baleno and Brezza get rebadged by Toyota with slight tweaks in design and interiors. It helps them because they've struggled with these cars in the past like the Etios. Suzuki gets the upper segment cars from Toyota like the Innova and the Hyryder Hybrid.
@@metallicsigmaboth cars are one and the same, when it comes to chassis, engine, interior cabin, infotainment, instrument cluster. Only difference is Glanza having a different front bumper design, headlights, taillights, interior trim pieces colored in beige, connected car features. Even the key is the same, you slap a toyota badge onto it getting the same functionality of Baleno key.
Iam not happy with suzuki after sales service...they work in hurry and so huge rush.
Go for the Glanza.. Much better and powerful Engine, Better Build Quality and most Important the Look!! Front Profile of Glanza is Premium and Sporty. Yes it may cost 20-25k more for Glanza but it is worth I feel.. I personally went for Glanza V.
The spares will come from Maruti only. So Glanza Spares price will be very high compare to Baleno.

I have driven baleno for 5 years now. Believe me the body is too week. If you punch a little on bonnet it will get a dent. cant say about glanza.

Maruti sell the cars to Toyota like breeza and baleno and toyoto changed the name of cars , they put name of baleno as glanza and change the tags and infotainment

Practically speaking as both cars have almost same features there is not much difference between the two. BUT I prefer the Baleno for following reasons. As of date Baleno is slightly cheaper by around Rs20000 plus. The main fact is that there are more service centers in India for Baleno and there is more leg room space in the Baleno. Though a hatchback it has a sturdier look and option to replace front steel colored plate grill with black framed front grill.
Hoow do u know more leg room in Baleno, are u paid by maruti?
Glanza and Baleno have the same dimensions, in fact glanza is manufactured by Maruthi, only the after sales service will differ and looks are subjective, I chose the glanza over the Baleno and im loving it.

@@lorenzo_alex9519 Source? Both Baleno and glanza are built on the platform, in fact manufactured by the same company but the brands are different due to strategic partnership between Maruthi and Toyota. It's impossible for one car to have 0 rating and the other to have 4.1.

Both are 99% same car except front grill. But toyota is costlier than suzuki for just T sticker and telling it has 1 lac waarenty for 3 yrs and toyota story about reliability .But 99% people dont drivev1 lac km in just 3 yrs. But above all the toyota sales team talk like they are doing us a favour by selling their cars to us.
