    Look like some planning can make it safer, an one person job boat winch might help

    Did you figure out your mistake with the first attempt with the come-along? You were actually pulling the log against itself. You should have attached one hook to front of log and second hook to top of the front log arch. I give you great praise for all those beautiful compound bends, notches, and welds. You should build roll cages for nascar.

    Don't know if this is first time you have used this apparatus or not but you might want a little more practice before going into the logging business, it worked to move that large tree trunk but seemed a little slow to me!!

      My son and I build this ourselves and yes it was the first time we ever used it.

      Yes my son and I built it. If I remember correctly we used 1.75 inch pipe. You can watch the build videos in our playlist.
