I wish there were more videos/lessons explaining biomechanics visually.
I'm no mechanical engineer but i have found it very helpful to understand how the joints and parts of the human body mimic well known (and not so well known) mechanical solutions.
There are so many hidden and subtle structures such as this that it went a long way towards my believing in God. Not because something like evolution couldn't theoretically create such a well-designed form as the human body, but because everytime I hit a new plateau or blockage, there is eventually found a pre-existing solution to allow more progress. For someone who thought themselves an atheist for decades, finding such beautiful solutions waiting patiently for a chance to help ke grow stronger and better really hits an emotional level that cant be reduced to a mere materialist theory.

it definitely can be reduced to materialist theory if anything you strengthen the case for the power and adaptability of natural selection

I've over 20 years in exercise science and this guy knows his stuff. Amazing the way in which he just explained how to turn the entire spine into one Arc in order to give greater stability and leverage toward the frontal posture for hitting. Great video.

When will Russia produce a Rocky Marciano or Mike Tyson? I know Russia has some vicious street dog types that are powerful, which if someone spent time to train them, they could be world champion boxers. Boxing is a skill and a sport, where maybe you prefer cleaner type boxers. However, get someone with that viciousness in them, where they had to fight to live, give them love, stand with them, build them up, Russia could have a world champion.

If you're saying you have world champions, it'd help if you'd spell it out. Where so far, it's always Americans that are world champion boxers. Seems like it has been for over a century.
Where I'm not a Mike Tyson fan, I am not. But he was a very powerful fighter and well skilled.

@@Noone-rt6pw more like you are unfamiliar with boxing. Google is your friend, bruh. Also, as per usual, you are totally ignorant of history. During the USSR, Russian fighters were not allowed to compete professionally. After the end of USSR, all those fighters that benefited from that system made a name for their talent, skill, and/or dominant performances, including Ukrainian fighters (Usyk, Lomachenko, etc).

@@DA-pm9on Yes, but the U.S.S.R. was dissolved long ago, where World Heavyweight Champions are still American.
I met some Russian boxers at church, where they were fighting here locally, yet I didn't get to see them.
Where I would think Russia would have been developing boxers to compete at the world level.
You are correct, I am not aware of other eras and prohibitions of Soviet boxers from being allowed to compete. That's the first I ever heard of it.
Puerto Rico and Latin countries have produced some world champions as well. Germany had a couple or so. When Ali was Champion, I think he went against a British champion.
But as said, the U.S.S.R. was history long ago, where I simply figured Russia would have been working on making some world champions. No big deal.
