Thats exactly why he was chosen to introduce it to the public , so you don't associate it negatively. Very good propaganda tactic actually. Its no secret that law enforcement officers are becoming more military like. Just look at the way they are dressed in their "tactical" uniforms. They look like full on soldiers yet the general public does not associate them with a military state run government. I'll give it six months at best before LAPD or NYPD has one.

This technology has existed for years now, and the way it works is basically like a Microwave used in kitchens, so imagine you take a hot dog or a potato in a microwave without cutting into it, and turn the microwave on, eventually it will split open, that is what could happen to a human if they were in this for an extreme amount of time, but I doubt anyone would ever stay that long unless it was used in torturing...

As a victim, I can personally testify that these radiation weapons are used by the secret service for physical torture. For example, on August 27, 2011, in the middle of the night (after a shift as a counter worker in the night club) I was irradiated with heat rays in the genital area and face for around 60 minutes (from 04:30 to 05:35) - at that time starting from the conspiratorial neighboring apartment. With this attack of physical torture, the direct torturers wanted to force me to commit impulsive suicide (this had already worked with other target persons before). During the many years of torture, persecution and state terror by the Office for the Protection of the Constitution - without being able to directly prove or prove this because of the secret service work technique and the secrecy about neuro and other radiation weapons - I made extensive logs. These serve to be able to prove the torture retrospectively and with a time delay. I have also comprehensively recorded this physical torture by means of heat and death rays. In addition to the widespread neuro weapons, such heat-generating radiation weapons are arbitrarily used by the secret service from conspiratorial apartments. The heat pains are absolutely unbearable and impulsively force you to flee. According to the direct perpetrators of torture, the weapon systems are preset to a maximum exposure of 15 seconds, so that they had to press the button every few seconds during the torture to trigger the heat beam. I was yelled at and yelled at all the time that I was going to die now and that suicide was the only way out. In addition, these radiation weapons would be forcibly rendered impotent because the heat would destroy the stem cells that are important for reproduction in men. The "deprivation of reproductive ability" by means of radiation weapons would then be serious bodily harm (according to § 226 StGB) or serious sexual violence (according to § 7, paragraph 1, sentence 6 VStGB). These crimes and offenses are of little consequence in view of the other crimes committed by the auxiliary troops hired by the intelligence services. The torturers, of course, threaten to do this again, and this time for hours. Because resistance (fight) is not possible, those affected are forced to commit suicide with these heat-generating radiation weapons. Whether this succeeds depends on the pain tolerance of the person affected and on an opportunity for suicide. The torturers call this torture and killing method "pissing away". The use of physical torture by state institutionalized paramilitaries is no small matter, but attempted murder under torture and, in the case of survival, cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment or punishment. If successful, this is intentional killing under torture. The victims are then found suicidal with no detectable scars from physical torture or cannot prove the torture. If other people hear the loud cries of pain of those affected, which occur for no apparent reason, then those affected must expect psychiatric treatment (even against their own will), especially if during such exceptional situations they are supposedly delusional of "radiation through the walls", of " Death rays "or" apocalyptic hellfire "is spoken of. So heat-generating radiation weapons are used arbitrarily against civilians. These anti-personnel energy weapons are therefore suitable for causing excruciating physical pain and can be used as torture devices.

It seemed that, some of the people who jumped to their death, from the World Trade buildings on September 11, 2001, took their clothes off first, as if someone opened a hot oven in their direction. And it was just too hot. Yet, if you look closely from where they're hanging out, you see no flames, or smoke billowing out. But what is visible, is a sort of haze.
