Thinking backwards is never a good thing in my eyes. I don't need to think about bad experiences to make me perform. I am an animal in the gym or in the ring regardless. Im glad it works for him but i consider such behaviour as being mentally weak.

The Holy Spirit is The Only Person Who can give your soul a surgery and thoroughly heal your soul , amend the broken heart. It is good to have physical big muscles but this is a temporal solution as it does not address the main problem which is from inside. May The Holy Spirit give us understanding.Shalom
