Snow Plowing "WET CONCRETE" Case Ingersoll 448 With 54" Dozer blade & Back Blade

Here we had an incredibly wet, heavy very dense snowstorm, this is what we call ocean snow but this stuff was more extreme than we normally see as far as how wet it was and not actually being "slush" but still snow. You could literally ring the water out of it and still have a hard-packed ball in your hand. Though only 4 to 6 inches it can be more of a project to remove than twice as much or more of normal snow. Be sure to watch our video of snow blowing this stuff! We restored this machine in the summer of 2022. But the motors and pump are still original. These Commercial duty garden tractors are amazing and never say no. We have a few videos of different models doing snow removal with different setups as well as plows. I used to use 16" truck chains (on factory turf tires) and combine weights on my 4016 to plow snow. It seemed so "unstoppable" that I stopped using the chains. I was afraid that I could break something in the cold weather. It still did excellent and gave me a little peace of mind. But here in central Indiana, we haven't had a big snow in years anyway. I've decided that if the car can get out of the driveway, then why make the mess and save the wear on the tractor. But it was fun. I miss it.

Yes if you check out our other videos we have a few with chains, turfs, AGs etc. Also our 4120 has case D10 steel weights behind combine weights and loaded 9.5 over size tires. They are little bulldozers no Doubt! They sure are fun, they make "work" fun. I hear you on staying home. Thank You for watching and taking the time to share in the comments!

If you have the same combine weights that I do, that means you've got over 200# per wheel. Holy cow. Maybe 250#.@@caseingersolltractorsnortheast

@meandthemrs7403 yes, there are videos and photos of the 4120 on here and our website. On our 648 we have 750 lb weight box and loade 12 inch wide tires on it. These Machines will handle a lot if not abused.

Can be a linkage issue but most times its a valve/detent issue.

A v plow on front busts through frozen piles good then clean up with normal blade .

The roll over was sooo close to working.
15 mph faster and it would have worked.
But at tractor speed it's a no go.

Ya normal snow I think it would work well or in hi range but not with this dense packed stuff.
