    Womet-Tech's Bar End kit provides valuable crash protection to your Kawasaki Z650 or Ninja 650 all while adding some extra style to your handlbars. Specifically developed to fit within the stock handlebars, these bar end crash protectors were designed with a little extra length to help protect the upper fairings and controls during a crash or slide. The combination of high-density delrin and aluminum gives them a stylish and functional design. The delrin portion is designed to absorb some of the impact during a crash and prevent catching during a slide, saving your bike from catching and causing more damage in the process.

    • @TSTindustries

      Then you need a longer moment arm on your allen key. I don't know why Kawi made these bar ends this way. It is such a pain.

    On a Vulcan 650s the bars are solid. Do you have a bar end that would can add a bar end mirror to that would mount to a solid bar?

    Hello
    I need help with this.
    I wanted to remove my bar end on my 2020 650 Kawa. After I watched this video I tried to take it out. It was extremely difficult and actually I could not. I wasn't holding the handle bar, just the cap. At the end I messed up the throttle control. When I twist the handle bar it goes to its original place, BUT very very slowly.
    I messed up because I did not hold BOTH end cap and handlebar ????

    Do you have an issues with the grip assembly moving side to side after you install the bar ends?

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      What do you mean by grip assembly? On the right side you have a grip glued on the throttle tube. The throttle tube is free to move as much as the throttle reel housing allows for. On the left side the grip is glued to the bar itself, so if that moves then ypur vlue needs ro be redone.

      @@TSTindustries Yes the grip is glued to the throttle tube, the tube moves forward and back for the throttle, but it has a side to side movement now. How can I fix that?

      They use thread lock. Use a soldering iron to heat them up and soften the thread lock.
