I made this over the weekend with regular kielbasa and it was phenomenal! So creamy and delicious, and very quick to make! It will be in my regular rotation for sure!
Looks beautiful as always, Laura. I tend to steer away from basil with my fresh spinach. I don’t know why. Maybe because I’m heavy handed on both of them. This makes me comfortable to do both, balanced. I gotta try it.

I couldn’t get pre cooked chicken sausages so I just simmered them in a pot of boiling water for about 15mins then chopped them up. I also added some sliced peppers and a little Sauvignon blanc just wondering if you wanted to add mushrooms at what point do you add them?

Suggestion: Before you start cooking anything in the pan, have everything cut, chopped, minced, measured, weighed, sliced, diced, and lined up in the order of use in advance. This meal comes together fast.

Credo che questa pasta qui in Italia nessuno la chiamerebbe….“garlic pasta” (pasta all’aglio). Perché altrimenti ad un sacco di piatti di pasta dovremmo mettere il nome “garlic pasta”. In Italia sicuramente questo piatto prenderebbe un altro nome. Scommetto che anche tu a Napoli questa pasta la chiameresti in un’altra maniera. 😊
