i started at 5 am then slowly my body started waking up by it self at 5 then slowly at 4 and now i wake up without alarm at 2-3am daily, best thing ever .
I used to wake up at 3 am regularly. Waking up early isn't the bad part, but not getting enough sleep is. I'd almost argue that waking up at 4 is better than waking up at 8 because when I wake up at 8 it's because I have to go somewhere and that normal sleep schedule gives me 7 hours of sleep at best but usually less. If I don't have anything to do in the evenings anyway I might as well be sleeping until early next morning when I have something to do.
