    God bless all Veterinarian's and Vet Techs. When my last dog was put to sleep in January, the vet and tech both thanked me for wanting to stay with my girl. They said many do not at their practice. I couldn’t imagine what they must go through and the dog wondering where their owner is.

It's like to just listen to someone instructing rather than reading a book; especially in my case because back to back administration errors involving my expression of interest have me not enrolled as I should be and thus I am studying on my own so that I am perfect for when I am enrolled; an entire 6 months to kill.

As for it being overwhelming, that can be eleviated if you take it one step at a time. I discovered an article on Sebs Study Crammer extremely helpful for this.

    I’m a veterinary student in my first year and studying anatomy next semester (Southern Hemisphere). Is this to the same level as 100 level?

      Interesting question. I suspect very similar, especially with the physiology component.

      Burnsie's RVT Vids cool! I've just finished my 7th year and will be starting high school soon! I'm excited to be able to do college forms and exams! (at the high school I'm going to has a program where you can do forms from older classes)

      Well in college, or at least the class I just graduated from (Animal behavior) ; this is usually 1 class, and then you go home and read about it all over again in a book, which is usually followed by an assignment associated with the subject. It actually took me many hours to read this portion of the book. I am just using the videos as extra practice. :)

      Hey there, thanks for watching. In Canada, an RVT can't prescribe drugs, dispense drugs, or perform surgery. If you'd like more information on what an RVT is all about, here's the link to our Ontario accrediting body www.oavt.org

      Burnsie's RVT Vids ...or diagnose, right?

    • @BurnsiesRVTVids
      @BurnsiesRVTVids  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@heidiholtz4382 Correct. Re-reading that comment I think I actually meant to write diagnose, we dispense drugs based on DVM orders all the time. I must have been tired when I wrote it!
