2:11:39 How's rinne false negative? Isn't it CHL in AA CSOM with fistula? Rinne will be Negative, isn't it?
Please correct me if I am wrong.

Its because infection has spread to inner ear causing complete damage of inner ear so it shall have been Rinne Positive bcz its now a case of SNHL but still its negative therefore its False Negative
