  • It is melon bread made with malcha powder. Six.
    Dough
    Strong flour or gravity flour 200g.
    30g of butter.
    30g of sugar.
    East 4g.
    90g of milk.
    3g of salt.
    One egg.
    Melon bread, too.
    150g of flour.
    50g of butter.
    70g of sugar.
    One egg.
    0.5g of baking powder.
    8g of Matcha powder. (It's okay if you add a little less.)
    After 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius, heat it for 2 minutes.
    *Dry at room temperature for about 10 minutes before putting it in the oven after fermentation.
    It tastes better with cream inside melon bread.
    Make a grid pattern with round scrapper.
    (Round is easier)
