    담백한 빵 위에 달콤한 토핑이 올라가 더 맛있는 멜론빵을 만들었어요~
    윗면에 격자 무늬가 굽기 전에도 예쁘고 구우면 먹음직스러워 보이더라구요~
    저는 6개로 분할에 조금 크게 만들었는데 8개 정도로 분할해 만들면 적당한 사이즈 일 것 같아요~
    격자 무늬를 만들때 생각보다 깊고 선명하게 무늬를 내야 구웠을 때 제대로 된 모양이 나온답니다~
    굽기 전 2차 발효를 너무 오래하면 빵이 많이 부풀어 모양이 예쁘지 않을 수 있으니 부푸는 정도를 보시고 구워주세요~
    빵은 촉촉하고 담백한데 윗면의 토핑이 달콤하고 고소해서 맛도 더 좋고 식감도 좋답니다~

    ▶재료
    강력분 250g
    설탕 40g
    드라이 이스트 4g
    소금 3g
    달걀 1개
    따뜻한 우유 110g
    녹인 무염버터 30g
    무염버터 50g
    설탕 70g
    달걀 1개
    바닐라익스트랙 2g
    박력분 140g
    베이킹파우더 0.5g
    ▶레시피
    1. 강력분에 3개의 홈을 만들고 각각에 홈에 설탕, 드라이 이스트, 소금을 넣고 밀가루와 먼저 섞은 뒤 전체적으로 섞는다.
    2. 달걀, 따뜻한 우유, 녹인 무염버터를 넣고 매끄러워질 때까지 약 15분 정도 반죽하고 동그랗게 모양을 잡아 볼에 넣고 랩을 씌워 2배로 부풀 때까지 약 1시간 정도 발효한다.
    3. 무염버터에 설탕을 넣고 섞고 달걀과 바닐라익스트랙을 넣고 섞은 뒤 박력분과 베이킹파우더를 체 쳐 넣고 섞는다.
    4. 6개로 나눠 동그랗게 모양을 잡고 냉장실에서 굳힌다.
    5. 발효된 반죽의 가스를 빼고 6등분으로 나누고 모양을 동그랗게 잡는다.
    6. 쿠키 반죽을 랩에 올려 넓게 펴고 반죽을 감싼 뒤 스크래퍼로 무늬를 낸다.
    7. 랩을 덮어 약 40분 정도 발효하고 185도 예열한 오븐에서 17분 정도 굽는다.
    ▶Ingredients
    250g Bread flour
    40g Sugar
    4g Dry yeast
    3g Salt
    1 Egg
    110g Warm milk
    30g Melted unsalted butter
    50g Unsalted butter
    70g Sugar
    1 Egg
    2g Vanilla extract
    140g Cake flour
    0.5g Baking powder

      sometimes it is. I've tasted some in Japan and the second layer she covers it with has some melon essence in some shops in Japan. Especially when they also color it green

      @@flashflair i’ve never had a melon bread which tastes like melon or is coloured green. it’s probably a thing for foreigners but idk. it’s called melon bread bc the markings resemble a cantaloupe i think.

      @@chloechen5707 I've seen green melon pan/melon flavoured melon pan being sold at the bread section at Seiyu and in some bakeries, I don't think it's for foreigners. btw, it tastes really good, I recommend it

      Yes, i was just about to say that, I make these homemade myself. Family always says, I fill them with memories!
      I was wondering if she seen this recipe, and thought it was called melonpan, but its pan de huevo or conchas? I was gonna suggest to her to try other colors and flavors, but I think it might get lost in translation? Although, her recipes are always impeccable!!

    I tried a melonpan in Tokyo last year and can confirm they are SO delicious! Also as a Mexican, I can confirm that they are extremely similar to our conchas

      @은광속눈썹 Concha means shell in Spanish. The bread that the comments are referring to is a Mexican donut pastry that looks like a shell, called concha. It has a similar pattern to the melon pan.

    메론빵은 메론 색소 넣어서 연두빛으로 만들면 진짜 너무 이쁘더라구요 ㅋㅋ 저는 전에 만들때 메론 크림도 만들어서 안에 넣어서 먹었는데 메로나맛나서 너무 좋았었네요 ㅎㅎ

    이대로 만들어서 메론빵 성공했어요~~! 넘 맛있어용ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 전 같은 재료로 좀더 작개 8개 했고 에어프라이어라 윗면 175도 10분, 뒤집어서 아랫면 175도 13분 돌려줬어용

    Just a tip: “fermentation until twice as bigger” is grammatically incorrect. You can change it to “ferment until twice as big” or change to common recipe English notation with something like “allow dough to rise until doubled in size”
    This is meant supportively and is of course just a recommendation - your format is your own. Thank you for these entertaining recipes
