      Fort Yort seriously, with all the liquid from the water, the egg, the butter and she still makes sure it’s nice and smooth I don’t know how it’s possible.

    I've never eaten Melon bread before. Honestly, I've always been curious why it's so popular. After seeing how much butter goes into it, I think I'm starting to get an idea! YUM! Good to see you, & I hope you're doing well!

    Looks so good! I've always wanted to try melon pan as it is very similar to a pan dulce or sweet bread I grew up eating called "conchas." It'd be cool to see just how similar they are.

      Kelson G well melon pan doesn’t have melon in it but there is melon flavored melonpan

      I actualy thought those are either filled with melon flavored syrup or at least have some kind of aromatic glossing applied around it after baking and letting it cool for a while. But this is just a very, very sweet piece of bun.

    300 g flour should be 2 1/3 cups but you clearly added 1 1/2 cups which is approx 200g. so is there a typo in the description ornu had more flour off screen that we didnt see you adding, pls?

    We already have this in Mexico, they’re called “CONCHAS” and are part of Mexican pan dulce (Mexican bakery/sweet bread) 🥯🍞🥐

    You should put flour into the "rising bowl" next time cuz it can be sticky when you take the dough out after rising as you can see...

    How many hours do I have to wait for the dough to rise?

      Normally it will take 45 mins to 1 hour. But it depends on your room temperature, the more humid it gets the faster the dough to rise.

    스윗더미 님! 질문이 있어서 꼭 답변 해 주셨으면 하는 바램입니다! ㅠㅠ 3:12 에서 밀가루를 다른 큰 그릇에 부어서 반죽 하는게 아니라 그냥 작업대 위에 부어서 반죽을 하시던데 그렇게 한 이유가 무엇인가요? 만약 직접 만들어 볼 때는 스윗더미 님처럼 똑같이 밀가루를 작업대에 다 부어서 해야 되나요 아니면 그냥 큰 그릇에 부어서 해도 되는 건가요?

      대신 답변해드립니다 이미 해결했을지도 모르겠지만 손반죽은 사람마다 방법이 달라요 더미님처럼 저렇게해도 되고 큰 볼에 해도 상관은 없어요.. 하지만 영상에 보시다시피 반죽을 치대고 내려치고 하려면 작업대를 하나 구하셔서 하는게 편합니다~

      May I know the reason? Because im a newbie, and I just learned to make bread dough at ABC Cooking Class (it's from Japan)
      They thaugth me to poke in the middle of the dough after fermentation to make sure the dough is ready, and I have to flatten it down with my fist..
      And I dont know the difference if you dont poke and flatten the dough..

      @@stefaniyohanes2487 usually we poke or flatten the dough after proofing so that the air inside the dough will be in even sizes when we bake it. In the video, she didn't straightaway flatten it, but she did measure it into pieces and reshape it. When reshaping, the big air inside the dough will come out as well. So it's the same :)

      I manage to translate some of the recipe in the description box
      - Cookie dough
      • 90g butter
      • 135g sugar
      • 60g egg
      • 300g cake flour
      - Bread
      • 400g bread flour
      • 70g sugar
      • 3g salt
      • 6g dry yeast
      • 200-210ml water
      • 50g egg
      • 60g butter
      Bake at 170⁰C for 15 minutes

      You can add dry milk powder to the flour or replace the water with milk. It will enhance flavor of the melonpan

      I'm gonna help answering your questions.
      Yes, you need to chill the top part (cookie dough) in the fridge until it's harden. And, you can use granulated sugar too but caster sugar works better for this.

      소보로빵이랑 비슷한건데 소보로는 쿠키에 땅콩버터가 들어있고 멜론빵은 겉에 설탕이 뭍어있다고 알고있어요!

      다님 너무 저 분의 합리적인 걱정을 매도하시는건 아닌가요..? 저도 저 댓글을 보니 충분히 걱정 되는데요... 물론 특수제작을 했거나 특별히 요청해서 아닐수도 있지만 일반적으로 제작되는 테이블이라는 생각을 하면 충분히 걱정될 것 같아요. 물론 대형 도마? 이런 생각을 갖고 만든 테이블이라면 괜찮겠지만요

    非常謝謝您提供這麼棒的教學做法影片,但是不懂韓文,所以我花了點時間用Google 翻譯器翻譯成中文,提供有需要的朋友參考看看
    菠蘿麵包12個
    ●酥皮做法
    材料-
    無鹽奶油90g
    低筋麵粉300g過篩
    砂糖135g
    室溫雞蛋一顆約60g
    無鹽奶油放常溫軟化,先打散,加入砂糖打勻,再加入雞蛋打勻,再加入過篩低粉拌勻,整形後冷藏
    ●麵糰做法
    材料-
    高筋麵粉400g
    砂糖70g
    速發酵母粉6g
    鹽巴3g
    室溫無鹽奶油60g
    36°~38°C溫水200~210cc
    室溫雞蛋一顆約50g
    麵粉+糖+鹽+酵母粉混合均勻,加入溫水+雞蛋搓揉均勻至有薄膜,加入奶油搓揉甩打至可拉薄膜,整圓,放入盆中(抹一點點油防沾)蓋上保鮮膜放進烤箱進行第一次發酵至兩倍大(放一杯熱水在烤箱,保持溫度不超過40°C發酵一小時,因為影片沒說明發酵多久,我大概用一般做麵包的發酵時間來推算)
    桌上灑一些麵粉,取出發酵麵糰分切12小塊,按壓出空氣,搓揉整圓後,蓋上濕布讓麵糰休息約15分鐘
    取出酥皮,分切12塊,每塊搓揉整圓,然後稍微壓扁,與發酵完成的麵糰組合整圓,酥皮上層沾砂糖,然後畫出格子紋路,放在烤盤上(舖上烤紙),一盤放6顆,烤170°c,15分鐘

      둘 다 비슷하게 이스트 넣고 만든 빵 반죽에, 쿠키 반죽을 올려 굽는 방식이에요! :)

      @@_--_-__- 일본의 유래이고 이름이 붙혀진 이유가 메론의 무늬를 닮아서라고 하더라구요 제빵공부좀 했죠 ㅋㅋㅋ!!

      ​@@유민-f6b원조는 스윗더미님 영상에서 나오는 저 빵이 맞구요 후에 색,향,맛을 추가한걸로 알아요 하나를 예로 들자면 파리바게트의 메론커드가 들어있는 메론빵! 이것도 옛날에는 메론커드없이 향하고 색만 넣었어요

      some bakeries in japan actually add melon flavoring into it :)
      the name comes from the crisscross pattern on the bread, since it looks like a cut melon.
