- In september 2020 Kichwa male Fang lost his brother Short tail some said he was injured by a buffalo, after that Fang became a nomad and he wants to join the coalition of Olalashe and Kijana but Olalashe have other plans and he dont accept Fang, Kijana have no problems with that in fact Kijana defends Fang, its a standoff situation, Olalashe dont like the kichwa males because they killed Mkia his brother they were the Cheli boys sons of Dere and Barrikoi, Kijana was born in Owino pride and son of Kipuli ...

Very interesting indeed. Do you realize how precise their communication between each other has to be for the young one to change his mind about who to back and for the other one to understand, and how brave is that youngster to stand with the old guy. Is there honor among lions?
If push came to shove he’d a been on the older fangs back trying to kill him, push simply didn’t come to shove and they felt no reason to risk injuring themselves

This guide is mis leading people, those 2 lions ololashe and kijana are sons of fang himself....and fang never formed coalition with any lion he died alone male at the age of 17 after being chased by notches he went back in serengeti tanzania and died there....he is the only lion who fought all 5 notches after mighty long died and fang gave notch a good beating....notch never stood a chance....fang was huge lion in his prime no one challenged him, he also fought with romeo and killed his brother cassanova, and injured the whole face of clawed lion brother of romeo..... Fang was bad ass who lived till 16 or 17 years probably
he ran off when notch came calling,he stood no chance against 6, but he was incredible as a single unit
After mighty long was killed by 4km blacky lipstick and brothers...the 5 remain notches returned to face fang and they lost to fang with his sons untill after 3 years again they went and fang was already 12 years and was lonely only then and then did fang lost when BBC were documenting it....and shows the final duel
@@abdallahmarshal6834 Fang never fought any of the Notches, he encountered them twice,in first instance it was Notch and notch 2,he ran off,the females overpowered the notches and they left, Fang returned to his territory for about 6months, the second time the notches arrived it was three with mighty Long,and this time Fang left for good.they took over his territory,. This takes nothing from Fang he was huge,and to me a larger male is better,but numbers are even better, he never fought the notches,

Bro do a reaserch and ask about it i live in Tanzania and wild life is my hobby...you are speaking of the bbc documentary, they didnt show much but know this....mighty long was killed by 4km blacky and bros....and fang gave notch once abeating 1vs1 then he came with one son and lost again....fang didnt run away while the lioness took care of notch himself...fang was fighting notch2 and chased them away....and for your information no male lion with his pride will run away and come back again be accepted never...if fang ran away then he wouldnt return back but he won the fight and only after 2 years did notch came back with only 4 of his sons not 5, mighty long already dead here, and then fang lost and came in serengeti Tanzania lived for 3 years died in Tanzania he was almost 17 years when he died of natural not killed

Just shows you, if they had enough land they avoid conflict. The fighting comes from humans destroying their land.
There have always been lions fighting over females and territory since before civilisation. You are quite wrong
Pride take overs are an ancient behaviour, it's natural for a male lion to pass on his genes. They take territory and lionesses by force, they are built for fighting, and go looking for trouble on a regular basis. They're engineered by nature to do it, some coalitions will control 2 or 3 entire prides. Humans have nothing to do with this behaviour.

These were two different Fangs. The 'Fang' that you mentioned about from Disney's documentary - as Notch's rival - is been dead for a long time since around 2010. This Fang in the video were bron right at that time in 2010 in the Moniko pride and his fathers were probably Mzee&Lolalai. And finally he has died around 2020 not much after this sight.
