To your men, & stop this foolish “gender” war we need each other. That type of nonsense is their culture & has no place in OUR society, lastly, why do many of us feel this insatiable need to go to the original homelands of these people, if they don’t like you here, they really don’t want you in their motherland, why act surprised when the expected happens? Stay your tail home & atleast make an attempt to reconcile with your own people.

I've had some try to tell me the same thing about "You're abandoning us. You should stay and help us fight." In my personal battles, far too often, I haven't had any community, including Black people, standing with me, and helping me. I owe no one in this country my safety, peace of mind and certainly not my life.

Extremely affordable once on the continent. And some of these were last minute, same day flights. You just need to be flexible. I'm currrently in Turkey, then off to Georgia. As a medical provider when I see a lady in a clinic with migraine headaches, even before we discuss the possibility of a neurological problem, I inform them that sometimes a person or a situation is their migraine headache. I then ask about their significant other and about their work life. One lady laughingly accused me of eavesdropping on her life. Eight times out of ten we can cure their migraine headache problem by eliminating their problem. Sometimes they have to run or walk away. There's nothing wrong with that.

Learn to reconcile with your own people, there is no where in this world for you to run, sentiment, is only skin deep, how other cultures feel about you is ancestrally engrained. Meaning just because someone is nice to you, it doesn’t reflect how they actually feel about you.

The attempt to legally suppress our history (eg in the state of Florida) has further added insult to injury.

Love love this video! I took my mum to Kenya for my birthday last year and we had the best time! We did Tanzania in 2020 and found it a little hard due to the language barrier but just over the border in Kenya almost everyone speaks English. We stayed in Westlands, a mid-high end neighbour hood, security and bag scanners at entrance, key cards to get up to the apartments, roof top pool, sauna and steam, gym, EVERYTHING! Don't be put off Africa ladies! The cost of food, and uber's are super affordable! We have a playlist you can check out, to see for yourself. We spent 2 weeks there and it will FOREVER have a place in our hearts Will be off to Joburg soon, looking forward to it!

Are there any whites in the vicinity and where because I really don’t want to be in the same space as them.

I like how real you are….. speaking truth……and providing us with places that allows us to take a well deserved mental and physical rest.

Speak Stephanie, we are treated as second class citizens. And I want to find my peace. And I don't see it happening in the US.

Wow. I was just sharing a post about Tranquilo/Tranquila. I am so glad to hear I'm not alone at how that makes me feel even more calm and reminds me how much more chiller it is as I am traveling. Thank you!!
