The brown trim and baseboards remind me of the old cheap trailer houses. White looks so much better unless it’s a dark accent wall. Great layout and I love the outdoor porch and fireplace too
Home is very nicely layed out and just a note about showing the water closet it's important so we know if its narrow, wide has a window and or a cabinet.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! I think you and I are the only ones who call that...the laundry room. Everyone else says mud room or utility room. I've watched Chance, and some others, and he says his watchers comment that it is utility room...of course he says it oddly, lol, but I didn't know what he was talking about. I remember thinking the first time, "Do you mean LAUNDRY ROOM?" LOL
Ok the layout of this one is neat, and different. I like the master bathroom's layout a lot with the actual makeup vanity area between both sinks. So over the dark wood/trim and light colored walls, I'd have to change that if it were my house lol
Love these tours, doing a great job but slow down just a little. Love this Home; it’s Beautiful. Love both Porches especially the big one with Fireplace. Love the Kitchen but would go with Stainless Steel Double Farm Sink & Stainless Appliances. Nice size Bedrooms, would not have Carpet tho & would prefer Utility Room in back or end for Garage or Carport. Nice Master & Master Bath, wish they’d do away with the water closets, will make use with a wheelchair or walker impossible & everyone ages!!!!
Nice place! Probably costs an arm and a leg. They seem to lately. There are some changes I would make. I don't really care about a fire place on the porch, but I DO like a large master closet. So, I would forgo the fire place, extend the living room even with the dining room, allowing me to bring that closet around in an "L" shape. Run the wall by the bedroom door down even with the kitchen for about 4' to 6' then straight toward the foyer. However! Not all the way, mind you. LOL Got to have room to get through, so I'll turn and meet up with the wall adjoining the guest bathroom. And, instead of having a square corner there, I think I'll cut it off so it's not sharp. That way the room doesn't look so "boxy." :-)
Why not do the research yourself to get the price for your viewers? After all you’ve already put a lot of time into making your video. It’s almost like it’s not completed without the price.
The porch was so light and airy, then you go in and everything is so dark. The color choices for this home was terrible, that wall color against that dark wood. The enter way was nice also. Thought the hall ways needed open opened to narrow. Overall loved the porches. Closet size is a big deal very small. This is a home that the rooms could have looked with light colors. Basically I'd walked in and back out.
