The coffer ceiling is beautiful! The first thing I noticed. The bedrooms are a little smaller than I would like but doable. Nice floor plan. I’m glad there’s a good size utility room. I like this one!

Its funny all the different terms across the states. We call it a laundry room. To me a mudroom is a room or section of back entrance where you hang up your coats,leave your boots, etc. This house was very nice.i liked the kitchen. Especially the island and ceiling. Closets were good size. Thank you for the tour. Im in Massachusetts.

It's So Spacious And Very Roomy..The Light color paint colors Makes The Inside Looks Really Clean And Bright...The Cabinets Are A pretty color and easy to match Kitchen Toweks.Very Nice Family Room And Is Very Spacious As Well...Loving The FloorPlan and the air vent in the ceiling...The bedroom's are good sizes and plenty of room to move around in.. The Team did an immaculate, Outstanding job in designing this home..It's 💯 TopNotch for Me.. Going to be a Number 1 seller... Hey Will great home tour I could do without the wire shelving racks but because of the price I understand why the builder made that choice..Its a nice spacious home for over1,800 sq ft, drywall and kitchen are nice and an extra den/ living area is good too..All and all a great value for 160k👍👍
I almost wanted to buy this model… but the island is much too large for a good table with chair on all sides, opening the dishwasher will take up the entire walkway. Not really sure on the kitchen design.
