My wife and I just purchased this home. Waiting for delivery this summer in KY. We looked at dozens upon dozens of homes. This one met our needs at our budget. The first feature that caught our eyes was the butler pantry with the huge pantry. We are having a wood burning fireplace installed in the main living room. The desk in the hall is going to removed. In the dinning room we are having sliding glass doors placed where the window is in this example. In the utility room we are having a sink installed under the window. We took the option of the door going from the utility room into the bathroom. Another feature that caught our eye was the location of the utility room with the door exiting at that end of the house where our drive way is located. The only replacement we are doing is having a gas stove installed. The only compromise we made was having the master closet in the bedroom rather than the bathroom.
Overall I like the home. I prefer the master bedroom though to be in the back part of the house along with the other bedrooms. For me, it's about having more privacy. I don't want to walk out straight into the public and loud areas of the home, unless I'm living alone. So, I would change places with the master bedroom and the den. I hate to say it because I do like the big pantry, but I would put a 1/2 bath there and if there is still room, put in a small pantry. That way you don't have day guests wandering about in the back part of the house looking for a restroom. I'm all about having company, having privacy and keeping the back areas of the house private.
Best master bath ever!
I'm obsessed with fireplaces as well!🥰👍🏼
absolutely beautiful home...

That is awesome! Congrats on the purchase. You will have to give an update and let everyone know what you think when it arrives!

I love the way this home showcase !!!!!
I love it
Trailer walls suck
I love everything but don't like the wire racks and the vents in the floor
Nice but I wish you gave prices
Mam, are you trying to sell this home, or throw it under the bus? Can't tell the difference.
