exactlyyyy , a lot of us are so fair that the only color in our skin is the blue from our veins and makeup brands just for some reason don’t know how to make shades that don’t pull orange
Thank you for making these videos. Being very pale comes with so many difficulties. I have roseacea as well. So many shades of makeup look horrible on me, you save me tons of money and I appreciate it❤
It is so hard to find under eye correctors for pale skin that are the right shade of peach. I am obsessed with that Pixi corrector! Love your product recommendations!
I've never subscribed to a channel so fast so in my life! I have been struggling to make my makeup better for years. I got fed up of looking too "overdone" and have been going make up free. This video and your channel will hopefully help me fall in love with makeup again!! THANK YOU
I love the formula of the merit signature lip! I recommend the shade millennial! It’s like baby but with more depth and less nude, but the perfect pink!!
@@lindseymunette yes absolutely! so for context i'm a neutral-cool fair olive (how i found your channel, it's so specific!!) -romand lip tint in the shade lilac cream (the perfect mlbb for my pale lips) -peripera ink mood glowy tint in pink youth (just a super cute bubblegum light pink gloss that stains) -unleshia glitterpedia eye palette in lavender fog (gorgeous pastels & you will love the glitters in there) -romand better than palette in dusty fog (this is a range of neutrals that are soft cool shades of brown & grey so i find it really handy) -romand better than shape in oat grain (light taupe contour shade that doesn't pull orange) -romand nu zero cushion in 17 porcelain (a cushion foundation that covers redness & looks natural) i haven't had a chance to try a lot more products, but there are a lot more options for lighter colors. keep in mind the style of blushes & eye palettes tend to be more "wash of color" rather that high pigment, but it's formulated that way intentionally to be less intense bc the makeup style there leans very natural looking. it's a whole new world of makeup over there if you're used to having to search to find colors that don't look orange and it's so affordable and nice so i'd recommend browsing through like yesstyle or olive young and see what catches your eye :) there are also a lot of really good korean makeup channels here on youtube that have english subs so it's fun to look at swatches or learn different techniques. some of my faves: - PONY Syndrome -Saerom Min -민카롱
Lindsey using the technics i have learned from you I traveled and had a family picture made wearing a soft romantic dress and wow I looked so good and so soft and sweet! Compared to older pictures I seem to have gotten younger! Thank you so much!🌸
This is so helpful, thank you! I'm just getting back into make up and am learning how to do make up to suit my very fair skin. Previously I always thought make up didn't look good on me but now I know it's because I wasn't using the right products/shades
Yes!!!! The laura mercier matte highlighter!! I have wore it everyday for years. Im as fair as you but more cool. It is the most beautiful product i have ever used.
Great tips. I love the pixi under eye corrector. A good blush too is Bobbi Brown (powder blush) in pale pink. Its a lovely cool toned pink colour and the blush is less pigmented meaning you can put it on fair skin and it rarely looks heavy handed. Illamasqua translucent powder is also great and true white.
I've been using make-up for a couple of years now. I know I'm pale but now I'm adjusting my make-up for it and it makes so much sense. Thank you for this tutorial!
I am fair, with pink/Neutral undertones (a mid in between) I always have a problem contouring, for me a little goes a long way, but its always way too brown idk why 😅.
I have dark hair and naturally have fair skin BUT i tan super easily and while i like the look of both, i think it would be a lot healthier if i try to not tan even though i dont burn i love fair skin with my dark hair it reminds me of snow white and its beautiful when people have skin like porcelain
I'm also really fair skin (although I never tan, i go from Casper to lobster. Rinse and repeat) and have dark hair. I love the snow-white look. I don't know about you but I'm always looking for a neutral cool toned foundation and it's a nightmare
if you have fair skin but tan easily without much burning then you aren't truly fair skinned, you are more like light olive or light skin with yellow undertones. a lot of people confuse naturally/truly fair skin (the one that burns rather than tans) with light/fair olive skin. skin type 1 and 2 are naturally fair, skin type 3.5 is light-looking skin with olive or golden tones. theres a difference.
Can someone please answer me , ik it feels so weird but how can i know if i have a fair skin? Because im a white girly my hand looks fait and my face is a bit darker but sometimes when i take a pic or go out to the sun i dont look pale so idk how to know
Have you tried the Nabla Beyond Jelly Lipstick in Luz? I saw some swatches that reminded me of Viva Glam II but with a more shiny finish, and it’s at Ulta now! Viva Glam II has been a favorite for ages!
I really appreciate this. Alot of what people consider "fair" is not rreeaaaalllly fair.
So glad you liked it! Thank you for watching 💜
