Your attention to detail is absolutely amazing! I apprenticed under a Master Mechanic & Coach-wright, and this rebuild is more like a remanufacture of the Model T; Well Done! Never had the pleasure of working on a Model T. I imagine that many more Model T's will be pulled out of their graves and restored, because of the step-by-step that you've shown us all. I know if I weren't wheelchair bound, and had full use of my hands; I'd be getting one to restore and sort out for Daily Use. Thank you again, for sharing your restoration and sorting with us!
Wow, I'm mesmerized by how you work, and how all this goes together. You are fearless in trying to do whatever is necessary to get the car in very good condition. I like how you preserve the character but also update what is needed to make it useful and drivable. Been following you since you had the Corvair project and glad to see your channel grow so much! My father has a 1937 Oldsmobile. My brother had one restored for him about 15 years ago. My Dad's first car was a '37 Olds. Dad turns 90 next month and has good health and cognition. He still drives. The one thing the restorer did not have, was a radio for the "37 Olds. My Dad still had his original radio in his attic, so he installed it himself (15 years ago). He uses the '37 as a daily driver if his 2017 Ford is being worked on.
Love the seat fabric! The speed that you run things at (high speed) is perfect. Enough to keep thing moving and interesting but not so fast that it would be hard to follow. Beautiful job
Restoring the vehicle from front to back mechanically is one thing and job well done. Redoing the upholstery is a complete separate trade but you did that too. Impressive. I hope you will have much fun with the "new" car.
I'm loving this, I'm sure old Henry is smiling down and giving a thumbs up, he'll give you two thumbs up when you finish the floor covering and driving her out the garage.
Très beau travail! J’attends avec impatience l’épisode 18 pour le plancher qui a bien besoin d’un « soin de beauté ... » Encore merci pour toutes tes vidéos . Amitiés Michel
The Model T looks really beautiful now from the inside and the outside. I like the pinstripe upholstery, it matches ideally regarding the period the car was built in. Excellent job again, Jared! Now it's just some little dash work still to be done and the carpets and the interior is finished. I think you also have some work to do on the rear, like brakes and diff, if I remember this correctly. I guess now we are just one or two episodes away from taking the first serious spin. Can't wait to see this happen.
I do like your video on this resto I like the fact you do not waste half a video on BS chatter and get right into it, I think you are doing a Great Job Thank you. From Down Under.
Fascinating the good condition in which the seat frames were still. Also, the little bits of original unfaded fabric that let you know how it really looked; I was surprised it had so much red in it. You are also great with a sewing machine! Is there anything you can’t do? Awesome project! Now, carpet, the small tweaks you were doing on the motor and electrical and the drive!
my thoughts exactly. besides being ready and able to do what needs to be done he also has a sewing machine. i'm thinking !!!?????!!!!!!!!! really? carpet too? this i gotta see.
C'est extraordinaire ce que vous êtes entrain de faire avec cette veille demoiselle .... j'adore la restauration des tous les objets surtout les anciens modèles de voiture ...... bon courage en attendant la finalisation du projet et merci pour l'épisode 17.......
That TFord Grand old lady will feel she has been resurrected & given a new lease of life. Beautiful old car. Thank for sharing interesting watch you doing up this beautiful car. Went for a ride a 1930 T Ford when I was holidaying in New Zealand, it was real head turner the classic car. Much better than the modern cars.
Mostly well done. I might suggest, as an upholsterer, working on the lower seats of the front to make the corners look more finished. It is, however, more polished than what came out of the factory. Nice work overall.
You are amazing man! This is very inspirational. I feel encouraged that I could potentially rescue a model t or model a after seeing you perform you work.
I kept getting interrupted while trying to watch this. Finally got to watch it tonight. You do great work. I love watching the transformation of this old car.
So many fordors died because the wood rotted, I really like what you have done to bring this one back! I am kind of glad that I have a 23 roadster with one seat though. Some sedans had spring loaded shades for the rear window, just like in house widows only a cloth material, not sure if 23's had that but it is for driving at night, the car lights shine through the rear and the reflect off windshield then back to the rear then back to the front, almost like being in a light house when a car is behind you. In 31 they put a slant on the windshield which stopped that mess. Anyway I think your car is really nice, it will be great for cruising around town.
That thing is really sweet, I am working on the same type of T myself. When I look at your T, I feel it must be like being in a room full of clean bed sheets lol
Time to take the Ford in for its annual termite inspection..who knew? I hear the dive bombers flying around again 😉. The Cadillac had a similar model and competing body style out during the same time i believe.Just needs the roll down shade in rear side windows.Fit for royalty, nice job as usual!!
I believe that upholstery material is called ticking. The seat must have added strength to the B pillars. I remember the vinyl roll and pleat material of the 60’s. It was heat pressed and not sewn but was cheaper. Looks great.
You simply start learning about all this a step at a time, and for most people, they never start because they fear failure. If you Don't fail, you aren't learning. Just think of all the people who came West while the country was expanding.......they did the same as this guy.....learned basic skills in lots of areas and through work/experience/failure/success they became........just what you see here........
Quite interesting that the back of the front seat seems to have been upholstered in situ, like you did. I would have thought it was easier to upholster the seat back and then screw it in place from the outside of the B pillars. Great work. Love the interior colour, looks period.
Chris's Garage is my old TH-cam account I am on my kids, I got locked out due to losing my password but an update on my t is now I have over 60% of it now..
It doesn’t look like there is much room to fit while your driving. The stirring wheel is really close and high up, but very good work though. I really enjoy that you are keeping everything original as possible. God bless ✝️

absolutely beautiful job.
Fantastic job you are one of the
Few my friend keep it up and god bless you from MALTA bye bye
Beautiful is the word which best describes your hard efforts. Some people just tinker, some people toil with precision. That would be you.

Well done. Perfect job.
Top work! Good work with both camera and editing! For me, the best video on Y. T. always a week!
Job well done

Im always amazed at how small these were on the interior. You are a very talented young man.
Absolutely incredible! You must feel terrific with the job you have done for this automobile! Thank you for sharing this journey!
I can only imagine the mess I would make out of a project like this. How can one guy have so many skills!?
Yeah, dude's got everything to complete the project: skills, tools, time, weather and patient wife :)
A mechanic, a carpenter and a tailor too boot! Awesome!
Truly amazing!! Love waking up to watch these before work !!

That T is looking up to class.

What a craftsman! Great work!
Unbelievable. What talent. And yes, mesmerizing. Love the birds in the background.
That TFord Grand old lady will feel she has been resurrected & given a new lease of life. Beautiful old car.

Complimenti per il bellissimo restauro!! Saluti dall'Italia 🇮🇹👏👏👏👏
We are looking at "Model T Plush"... really great outcome! 👍🎩👍
BRILLIANT. You nailed it for sure. Great job. Billy J..... Australia.
Well done my boy! You are a good craftsman. I would say it looks as good as it came out of the Rouge plant.
And the dude works in flip-flops......a friggin' beast is he.
Looking fabulous. Nicely crafted.
Fascinating to watch the progress. Really skillful work along with excellent quality filming.
Jun classics I'm exhausted just watching this. Well done mate.
You are amazing man! This is very inspirational. I feel encouraged that I could potentially rescue a model t or model a after seeing you perform you work.
Beautiful job
Thats a wonderful looking job on a old car, good luck on all your projects.
Better materials and techniques will help this T to exist for at least another century.
I kept getting interrupted while trying to watch this. Finally got to watch it tonight. You do great work. I love watching the transformation of this old car.
When you started I said to myself, " this guy is going to mess it up". Now I have just admiration for your work man, outstanding skills

Nicely done. The interior is really coming together.

Excellent work, congratulations, waiting for the next vídeo 👏👏👏👏👏
Really nice work and the look is classic
Excellent job. Very impressive.
Outstanding job on the seats
Wow amazing to watch this, you make it look like you've done it dozens of times before.
I believe that upholstery material is called ticking. The seat must have added strength to the B pillars. I remember the vinyl roll and pleat material of the 60’s. It was heat pressed and not sewn but was cheaper. Looks great.
Wow, amazing. Your interior videos are excellent.
I have enjoyed watching this series very much. Cheers
All I can say is what a good job you have done
Lizzy is really starting to smile now!
Look at that patina, that was a great choice.
I love the patina on the car. I would bet that is the original paint. If so, would leave it exactly as is.
The seats are much better than before, but a little bit of love and work would be a good idea.
This is so much fun these beautiful vlogs that you have made on this beautiful car thanks very much
I got all pulled in with the part 17 upholstery mate! Subscribed I did! fantastic work!
How does one man possess so many skills? Mechanic, Carpenter, Upholsterer, Painter, Restorer, Welder, Seamstress.
Henry Ford is smiling today....
Beautiful job, looks professional 👍
Quite interesting that the back of the front seat seems to have been upholstered in situ, like you did.
I would have thought it was easier to upholster the seat back and then screw it in place from the outside of the B pillars.
Great work. Love the interior colour, looks period.
