    Fıstık sarma bu kadar kizartilmaz, fırında az tutulur, çıkarılıp Ocak üzerinde de bir miktar altı kızartılır. Ayrıca yufkaları yağlamadiniz yumuşatmadiniz . Fıstık sarma yumuşak kıvamlı olur diğer baklavalar kadar çıtır olmaz. Üzeri de hiç yeşil değil, sanırım boz fıstık kullanmadıniz. Üste gelecek kısma da bolca dökmeniz gerekiyor.

    hocam birkaç hata var:
    üstü yaktınız. baklava fırından erken alınır üstü yanmasın diye sonra ocakta tepsi bir iki dakika daha döndürülür.
    iç fıstığı az koydunuz. kenarlara miktarca fazla ortaya daha az dökülür.
    rulo hale getince direk çekilmez oklava. sağdan soldan bastırma yapılıp öyle çekilir.
    naçizane eleştirilerim.
    elinize sağlık. video için emeğinize sağlık.

    Since I don’t understand Turkish I want to ask do you mix the nuts with anything else like cinnamon like you do in baklava or do you just apply the nuts on the phyllo and after it’s baked you just add the syrup?

      You add nothing. Just you add the syrup in the end of cooking.i put again after adding the syrup the pan for 5 minuts in the oven to have a very crispy baklawa

      R. Actually that’s very interesting,I am from Greece and I have never read or seen in any recipe putting the pan back in the oven after the syrup,here we mix the nuts with the peanuts and cinnamon with clove and after it’s baked we apply cold syrup on the hot baklava,it sounds like a good tip and I’m definitely gonna try it next time,thank you!

    Üzerine yağ gezdirilir fırına atmadan önce bu diğer baklavalar gibi çok kızartılmamalı ve yumurta sürülmemeli üste ki yeşil görünsün diğer baklavalara göre çıtır olmamalı , ellerinize sağlık 🙏

    Birde yapımını anlatsaydınız mesela şerbeti için ne kadar şeker ne kadar su vede kaç dakka kaç derecede pişecek😞

      Şerbeti için: 1. Kilo suya 1,5 Kilo şeker. Pişirme süresi 1 saat 150 derece. Fırından fırına değişebilir. Kontrollü pişirin.

      10 piece Baklava phllyo
      500 gr butter
      To make the sherbet;
      4 cup sugar
      4 cup water
      2 drop of lemon juice
      Done!!

      4 bardak şeker ve 4 bardak Su normalde bir tepsi baklava icin. Ama burda 40 kat yufka olayi olmadigi icin biraz azalta bilirsin

    Tırnaklarınızı keşke kesseydiniz yapmadan veya eldiven taksaydiniz daha hijyenik olurdu. Ama güzel yapmışsınız. Biraz aralarınada tereyağ sureydiniz. Börek gibi değil tam baklava gibi olurdu

    O yufkaların aralarına da tereyağı süreydin kele. Fıstıklara yazık oldu. İçi hamur oldu tatlının. Bir daha ki sefere benim dediğim gibi yap. Birde iyi kızart tatlıyı.👎👎

      İyi kızarmaz fıstık sarma. Hiç yemediniz mi? Tam tersi yumuşak olur içi. Üstü de yeşil olur böyle kızarmış sarımtırak değil.
