And was life on the beach as good as they dreamed? Was it easier to plan a move abroad in community with friends? 📌 RESOURCES MENTIONED IN THIS VIDEO:

Sondra resembles the Queen in Bridgerton! 250 pairs of shoes??? OMG...
You all are Beautiful and GLOWING Queens!!! Thank you for this motivation!!! 🙏🏽💜
So ladies, good morning from TX. Is there any hope for a SBW early 70s but very physically active, to really do this, especially when the Financial Solvency Requirement is so astronomical??? Been watching Stephanie for many years and have such a desire to "just do it" but the thing standing in my way is the outrageous financial requirement to move to MX.
@lvncsr6166 Come to Panama, sis.
@lvncsr6166 I am 73 and independent. You can achieve residency with proof of $1000 pension or social security a month. However, It costs more than $1000 a month to live here if you want a nice place with amenities.
@@evelyngolden2272 You have no idea how BADLY I want to:)
There is no way around the financial requirements of mexico and it will increase in 2025.
Your option is to pick a different country. I would suggest looking at either Panama or Ecuador. Lots and lots of older Black Expats in each country. Look for Black expats groups for each respective country.
Best of luck to you. Go for it!!❤
Have you traveled to Mexico before amigo?
Hi ladies, wow this episode right here is the true meaning of serendipity. You meet random people in life and you truly never know how they will help to shape your life. Like they say “there’s no wasted experience”💕
Steph lookin great. Sistahs are winning and their wins propel the entire race forward. Their seeing the unseen.😊
Good afternoon! I'm watching the replay and I have been following for 3-4 years now. I am from Detroit, Michigan area.
Panama chose me. I, too, was interested in Mexico, until I came to Panama.
I've been watching PRT every Saturday and it's looking sooo much better than Mx and they don't OUTRAGEOUS financial solvency requirements. How long have you been there? Living there?
@@lvncsr6166also look at black expats in Panama (BEIP)with Charlotte van horn, she has a relocation tour and her channel is full of information on how to relocate to Panama.
@lvncsr6166 I have been living here since September 1st, 2023. I just celebrated my Panniversary!
You should have chosen Mexico my Ebony Queen, there is no country as beautiful, proud and truly the best as Mexico. So why do millions of Mexicans move to the United States? Easy. For the money only. Otherwise we would have been remained in Mexico. Also, to take back the States of California, Texas, Oklahoma, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Wyoming, and Colorado. ☺
HAVING A LOVING SUPPORT SYSTEM IS PRICELESS!!!!
Hey, from the future. 🎉🎉🎉. But yes, it's not the best idea to tell people about the changes you want to make to dream thieves.
Grand Rising, watching the replay👍🏾
Aloha Queens! Watching the replay from Hawaii.

PDC has so much to offer… it was a great soft landing for me and the community of Black women there is incredible ✈️🌎💕
Thank you for sharing Tara. I am also in your situation about the kids. I believe that's why I have not left yet.
Aww yes totally a factor we can do this ❤

Watching the replay...thank you this LIVE which talks about and models the power of Sisterhood.❤
Love this whole video ! The sisterhood Is real
That mind shift is something serious!
Good morning from Panama.
The only thing that gives me pause about Panama is that it always looks gloomy, rainy and cloudy. I can’t live without a lot of sunshine. What’s the weather generally like?
Good morning Evelyn! 👋🏾
@PrettyPolyInPink It's sunny every day here. I live in Panama City, Panama. From September to May, I lived at the beach. I prefer the city life. The beach was great, but I needed more entertainment. May through October is the rainy season. But, it doesn't rain all day. And the sun is out every day. I love the rainy season because its cooler then (average 78 degrees), and I don't use as much a/c. November through April is the dry season. It is very sunny with seasonably warm (average 80-95 degrees) days during those months. In the highlands (ie., Boquete) it is very cool there with spring like weather and cooler.
That's beautiful. Who speaks Spanish?
You know what? I'm sorry I didn't ask them that. ☹️
I speak enough to order food snd tale care of business… I still practice everyday even though I’m in Thailand. I’m taking Thai lessons too!!! Knowing the language is a game changer ✈️🌎💕
Ladies this was so encouraging! I’m so excited about Exodus Summit 2024, tickets purchased early.
Hello Ladies!
Hi beautiful, ladies. Thank you for educating us on moving abroad and what it is like.❤
Greetings ❤
Good Morning
Interesting that Puerto Morels is right between Cancun and Playa Del Carmen. We loved staying at the Oceans Five Hotel Resort. The Expat community was very nice. Mostly Canadians there, but there were other cultures and races there. We were treated very well while we were there. But we'll definitely check out more on Playa Del Carmen!
Are you Caucasian or African American my friend? 😊
@@bgonza2 ..... classification Black, blood is half Black, half Cherokee.
@@asadasemwali8365 EXCELLENT mixture. My friend, may I please know about your very first trip to my country of México? Was your first trip to México your own idea or someone else's idea by invitation? In other words did you choose México as a destination the very first time you traveled there? Honestly. Thank you. 😊
Good Afternoon watching the replay from the future. Best Wishes to everyone.
I caught the tail end of the live. I finished watching the replay. I'm planning for 2025 to finally be my time to live abroad for at least one to three months with the intention of finding a longer term place abroad to live in order to continue my healing journey.
I wanna leave the us soooo bad. I don’t wanna raise my future kids here either
Woohoo and good evening Stephanie and ladies’ group watching this replay ❤

Any mental health counselors in the group who could help me navigate how to get licensed in another country and still be able to work as a U.S. counselor?
Why do you need a license in another country if you are going to continue to practice in the US? Couldn't you just go wherever you want as long as there is internet?
@beyou-tvision I've read that I could visit somewhere and work, but not be a permanent resident. Teleheath rules are different per state and county. For territory reasons (to my understanding), the countries I've looked at state that you have to be licensed in their country even to practice telehealth in your own country of origin. There is something to do with the regulation around finances made in the U.S. and how it transfers into the local economy. I've looked at Costa Rica, Mexico, and Panama.
@@lisaisabell5024 Interesting... Thanks for sharing. Maybe you can get around it by seeking a longer term visa rather than permanent residency at first and then go from there? Where there is a will, there is a way. I know you will figure it out. Good luck!
@@lisaisabell5024 My Ebony Queen, have you ever traveled to Mexico before?
@@bgonza2I have not been to Mexico before.
