So actually hear from a non biased user ,,,, Ive been using it for 1.5yr and its still performs good as new , honestly more buttery smooth compared to when I bought it first ,,,, and Ive also used iphone 13 and smoothness is almost same level just the 13 is bit more responsive at typical scenarios ,,,, a user like me who needs performance and video SE was the best choice and it aint my first iphone previously i used Iphone 6s and the upgrade was huge ,,,, and battery life Average like it will drain fast in high brightness and Gaming ,,,, Bt great for indoor use and Social media bt with 20w i get enough full within 40min ,,,, so if youre in a dilemma and low in budget bt really want that pocketfull of performance go for SE ,,,, Dont listen what other say ,,,, Its worth the money for gaming and camera alone
I’m using the 15 pro max but do miss this style honestly. I had the iPhone 6 at launch and loved the form and size and that had an even smaller camera but it still worked great from memory. The SE1 was also fun in the 5s body. Battery sucked but loved it in an otter box and the feel was perfect. Have not owned any other SE since gen 1. I think the home button was amazing for everything and kinda liked it better than Face ID.

I’m going to get this phone SE -3 as of May 2024, I’m still using the iPhone SE (1st Gen) the form factor works for me the home button the camera. It’s still a workhorse . And I’m getting the 3rd Gen just as an upgrade refurbished . I love the style and use ability of the SE.
I've never had lag issues with mine. I feel the price is a bit much, but I got mine for 50 on black friday, got one month service for 30 with a carrier I don't normally use, than waited another 30 days for the sim unlock for my regular carrier, so with some patience I got mine for 80 total. I like the smaller form factor, but would prefer they keep the same form factor but get rid of the bezels, add a camera in the back like the other models, and bump the storage up to 128 for the lower model. Maybe we will see these updates for SE4. Granted I upgraded from an SE1 so it's pretty nice to me.
Yeah I got one off eBay for 175 with 100 battery health.I don’t hardly use it cos I have like 12 phones however when I need a break and want something a little smaller I can get around 5.5/6 hrs of SOT.Nice little phone
Love my se third gen love Touch ID love the form factor love the simplicity simple as that many think it’s supposed to be in the level of the newer iPhones and totally miss the point of this phone it’s for simple users that want the iPhone feel with updated internals which is fine with me
The only drawbacks is the battery life
I had the se2 myself good phone but just could not handle the terrible battery life any more and finally decided to get a bigger phone with more power storage and features so I traded it in on a iPhone 14 I don’t really regret doing that I have always enjoyed apples 4.7 iPhone but battery life was always the worst!

I just upgraded from the XS to a mint condition 13 Mini. I’d definitely recommend it over anything with SE in the name.
Yes, it’s only sold new on Apple’s Amazon Store (just the pink one), but the difference in spec is worth it.
If you’re worried about the small size, it has the same footprint as my iPhone 7, and that was the norm, back in the day.

You surely has some type of iOS bug type shit because I used se’s for my entire life and it never felt slow whatsoever, it was quite the opposite actually( maybe your battery is calling it a day). And I want to point out that the mini being cheaper doesn’t not apply to all countries.
I just got the SE 2022 3rd generation delivered to me yesterday from on Walmart app of a 3rd party seller, it is starlight color of white, has 128GB, 89% of maximum capacity of battery health, today I'll be returning a iPhone SE 2020 2nd generation to a retailer store, it had 64GB,color is midnight black, it only costed $199, battery life on it is 85%
Ive gotten good luck finding these SE 3’s for under $180 with 100% battery health. The one i got was mislabeled at the Pawn Shop as an SE 2 and i scooped it up for $135 with 100% battery health and warranty till october. An absolute steal at those prices.

It’s a 2 year old phone. It’s definitely NOT outdated. Even the 6s is still a usable phone. The design doesn’t make it outdated.

I always keep a case on mines only time I take it off is when I’m about to clean it
