Great tut it works great buy do you know if theres anyway i can make it so the roof dosent look so dark because i have white roofs and when the lights are in game it looks orange with just a little bit of light because of the 1st light
I'm sorry but I don't understand how the "culling plane" option works >< I have like floor_1 and when I go upstairs I have my floor_2 and both have lights, but when I'm on floor_1 depending on where I look I have lights issues like 2 spots trying to light in the same time. So I guess that's the lights comming from floor_2 glitching with the lights of my floor_1. I did the "culling plane" thing as I saw in the vidéo but it didn't worked. Did I missed something ?
thanks for the good tutorial. I've been looking for a tutorial for a long time. Did you create your presets yourself? There are only 4 in the new Sollumz version?
30 seconds in and im lost... WTH is light proxy? How to make it? Why is it important? what does it do? why does it have to be floor and not ceiling? why cant I parent it into the shell? why doesnt GTA V MLO's have this and why do they have it parented into the shell? What makes the difference? Why cant I just parent them to the shell, position them and export? So many questions and no answers given... I havent seen a "light proxy" in any MLO that I downloaded nor in any GTA V MLO that I exported from the game...
@@bumpy86 there is many instances of light proxies being used in vanilla interiors, its important because it localizes the lights to each room allowing for more fine tuning, and the reason some lights are in the shell is because they don't need to cast shadows, but ones that do will need to not be
