sebiman88 fucktard if you go to his channel section it literally says “My main channel” and everything apple pro is the channel there
I grew up with android and my friends were hardcore apple users, They would always talk about how good jailbreaking was but there would always be that one kid who bricked his moms phone and got shouted at. Meanwhile I was just sitting there with my Samsung s5 and I was wondering why all the things I was doing on my phone that didn't require a root seemed so special to them.
Me: *Watching in 2020
Dude in the video: Jellybeans, latest android OS

I have an s6 but going to root my old s3 and see if I am going to root my s6.
Rooted my Galaxy S5 1 day ago
NikolaJXPL In the end I rooted my tablet instead, I really don't find it that useful but it is okay if you play a lot of games then you can just get loads of stuff for free.
+Hbomb kojder I had an S3 before the S5 and was rooted aswell. I usually root my phones soo I can have a bit more "power" and can use various apps...the most ones I use are usually pen-test apps
I have an S5 and S3 one reason I hate my S5 is that it can't root I've tried nearly everything :-:
Everything Apple Pro? Is this you in hiding?
+Britain Reynolds ikr? his voice is so familiar to the voice of everythingapplepro...

I think you should name your channel EverythingAndroidPro.So that everyone knows that its your second channel.

thanks a million
Im running S5 firmware on my S2. Take that Apple junkies....
Nice. Must be a little slow though
nah man, Wizzedkat rom has a super kernel, overclocked to 1,6ghz
Ali Ahmed Seeing as this comment is 5 months old, I wanted to ask; Has overclocking taken a tole on your overall phone health? I know it reduces the battery a little bit, but over time has it done any damage? I'm somehwat new to this and I want to see if I can overclock it and use battery doctor to underclock it while it's locked.
I would root but it violates sprints warranty and if my phone broke I would be screwed
Scott Hudson But if you don't do any dumb things and be careful your phone won't break. I've rooted all my devices so far and never broke anything root-related.
good insight, rooting is so easy, I was a complete noob at first, I documented myself a little about root/flash/roms/recoveries etc. Read instructions carefully and double checked them and everything worked fine for me.
Farewell cyanogen mod. You had a good run.
Sweet! everything apple pro doing videos for android?! I've been following EAP for years because I've gone through the iphone 4 and 5 and you supplied all my jailbreak needs. I recently made the switch to the SGS4 and I tell you, it's quite a bit different from ios. So glad I just ran across this channel, I pretty much insta-subscribed as soon as I noticed it was you. NICE! keep up the great work, man.
I am afraid to root my phone >_
Omg rooting is awesome! I'm glad I rooted my Samsung some hours ago :)
Can someone please tell me if rooting my galaxy s4 will cause my apps, contacts, pictures ect. to be deleted?
No it won't I rooted my HTC 1 Mini & i've help my friend root his GS4 and he's good to go, but just to be safe in case you do decide to root it, make a back up.
okay thanks man
Bruce Wayne PLEASE DUDE I have a at&t HTC one mini and I NEED HELP to root it and install cyanogenmod on it. Please reply and help me out if you can. Thanks a lot!!!
infernape716 go to 4share, download framaroot, install root. then install rom manager( cm is on it ;) ) dont forget to do a backup first though
No it wont it only means you dong get OTA(over the air updates)
That's great thanks. Have you looked into rooting the OnePlus One which is made for rooting so doesn't affect the warranty. ?
Main reason I rooted is to move apps to my SD Card. But even then I have no idea how to do that please help me
download Link2SD from play store
HolyBiscuit69 get lucky patcher
5 years ago rooting was a must (or if you have a 5 yr old phone)...these days rooting is mostly for customization....
...developers, especially Android, are giving us a lot more control over turning apps on and off, clearing cache, etc.....overclocking is "overrated" (no pun intended)...quad core snapdragon 805 cpu's are plenty sufficient and there are tons of apps that bypass the few restrictions that remain today.
America charges you to use your phone as a hotspot? Wtf?
Exactly like
Nice video, thanks for posting. My main reason for contemplating root is #6 (remove bloatware). I was interested to see so many other reasons that I absolutely don't care about. Now I am re-thinking my possible root. For me, it may not be worth it......
how to make your phone like watch_dogs
+XxToxicRoarzxX is very much possible. But the know how is required.
you can black hack it
but somebody else will white hack it
so it is a fight , always was always will be
Watch_cat
@@alco5692 oh yes it is but theres a limit u can hack people on your wifi
@@Unseen_Morality realized I said that 3 years ago and have much matured and been much more in tune with technology as I know use linux myself lol
What app did you use to change your theme and software (i think)? on the the first reason
just rooted and it was the best thing i did to my phone
Whoa what happened to your phone ?
Is it still worth it
HI, thanks for this interesting video! Question, got an LGMS 323 with only 2 Gig of Mem and I bought a memory card (4 Gig). Internal memory left is 211MB and needless to say it is slow and updates are impossible. I am told to upgrade but since I found your vid do you think rooting (which I know nothing of) would be worthwhile in helping the phone function better? Or should I just toss and get new one.? Thank you !
Can I root my s4 network mode, having trouble selecting modes
Can you root any Android device including tablets??
Yes you can root tablets
Awesome can it be done without using a computer??
Shaquelle Saul you could give a shot, but it's way to easy to root with a pc than just the device
okay can you show me how in a video??
I never rooted any tablets except my galaxy s4, you should TH-cam it and there are bunch of them. All I recommend is to root with help of pc, Coz I even tried many times without pc but I really had hard time with it. I don't know, how you feel about it but try video first and then the experiment. I guess!
Great video, I want to root my note 3 to use my sd card. Once rooted will it be as easy as drag and drop videos, music into the sd card? Thanks!
all i use my root for is hacking games... because last tine i tried install twrp and bricked my phone
but the sitty place where i got it did not see that i did anthing to it so i got a replacement free xD
+ThomazGaming sitty - shitty
If you root your Samsung does it void your contract like jailbreaking an iPhone?
+Mark Birtley I think it does.
What does rooting do? How do you get the things everybody talking about? (Free stuff & Customizations) What's the purpose of rooting? Help me? I wanna know before I root my Galaxy S4!
WOW this whole comment is talking about if this is everythinginapplepro
Great video OfficialPhoneRebel....very easy to understand and watch. I am now going to root my phone even if it is just for the free tethering. Well Done!
You sound like everythingapplepro
TheGamerOfTH-cam cause he is him
Root takes your phone from good to epic. Was on the ropes at first but now my only regret is I didn't root sooner. Bleach theme X note rom with compultion kernel. Also 3 custom launchers 1 for performance 1 for media 1 for battery saving. Now I know what my phone is capable of root ftw
this is just a way to fuck a good phone up
not if you do it carefully and don't do anything stupid.
I'm not knowledgeable enough about it
Mark nosnobir Nope.
Great Video, I'm convinced. But I need info/instruction on MY phone.. I got an LG G2... Where do I find root apps and in depth info. ?
To find root apps you can prob look them up on the wiki or go on the store and type root and see what comes up I wanna learn more about the custom firmware
Everything applepro man I didn't know you did androids!! What's up man!!
Hi there, thanks for the great wrap up of why to root. I have been knowing the pleasures of it for a while now, but agree completely with your reasoning. I enjoyed your vid.
Thanks man for all that great info bro I'm so rooting it !!!! U should so be a sales man haha !
*I followed your suggestions carefully on my treasured Marshmallow Android phone, and now I find I have an unwanted 'ScreenSaver' showing **_Carrots Rooting._** Looking at 'Settings' apparently if you tap 5 times on a 'Carrot' it will water it and grow a further ½" per day. How do I prevent these sprouting out of the USB port as they appear to be doing so right now ? Please reply ASAP as I only have a 5½" screen and these are showing incredible growth patterns. (PS I have stopped 'Watering')*
Please do a rooting tutorial on Samsung Galaxy Tab 3. I really really want to root my device. I've rooted before, but I just can't figure out how to do this one. please help.
question... i am looking for a way to disable once and for all the automatic switch to 4g when there is no wifi around will rooting allow me to do that?
i hv been confused about rooting for a long time, ty mate!!
So I'm looking to use my S3 as external storage for a couple movies for my PS3. How do I go about doing it?
Rooting is not like jailbreaking an iphone. When you jailbreak an iphone it removes several restrictions-when you root an android device, it makes your o/s an open source system; thus, allows you to change the source code.
Wait .. So could you install completely new specs on your phone if you root it? Like let's say I have a samsung galaxy s4, after I root it could it change it to where it looks and has the specs of a lg g3?
I'm looking to root my tab, I want to know if when rooted will I be able to turn off the stupid headphone volume safety limit. Which is in the UK particularly low to the point that U can't hear your mp3 music when in town or public transport.
Rooting also lets you install emulators right? and other apps manually right?
How do you do these things like updating the firmware or overclock the device.
If I root my s4, will it interfere with my data plan, and my phone service? Like call and text?
As someone who just purchased a galaxy s4 on first day of US launch, thank you for showing me how much true potential this already breast of a phone can have.
Guys, I didn't use any tutorial on how to root my S4. I did something really simple. I enabled USB Debugging and downloaded Kingo Root on my PC. Open Kingo root and connect your phone. Once it recognizes it, click root and just wait. Very simple. I rooted my S4 today, it took 2 minutes.
Awesome video. It really persuaded me to root my s3. I really want to get the new version of 4.2 and I'm tired of waiting for the official update. I have never rooted an android before and I just want to know if it's safe to root?
Hi My main reason for rooting would be to use free wifi teethering. I was using Fox fi until Att said they can see wifi teether and it also got blocked by Androids update to J bean. Are you sure I can use free wifi teether after rooting? Do I need a special app as well? Thanks.

I have an LG k7 also have Samsung grand prime. Neither are otg supported. would rooting either of these give me an option to use otg
i have looked at some comment and nothing so far about the risk of bricking your phone, in iphone jailbreaking there is a dfu mode which you can restore anytime. but android doesnt have that. the only way i know you could un-brick is take it to a electrician to hook up to a advanced device for about 50 dollar fee to restore. thought?
How did u get the cyanogenmod??? HOW TO INSTALL APPS DIRECTLY TO THE SD CARD?? PLS TELL ME .HELP ME PLZZZ

I have a Pantech Flex P8010 will rooting effect the signal quality and can you unroot your phone as easily as you could unjailbreaking and iPhone? Also can someone tell if your phones has been rooted say if you wanted to trade it in or something because I would think rooting your phone nullifies the warranty doesn't it?
All you need to do is root and you got a free wifi hotspot or is it a root app you need?

I wanna root my phone, but i'm worried. I bought it 3 weeks ago and it has a one year warranty. What happen if i root it?
What software would you recommend to root a S-3
How did you root your galaxy s3 I still have mine. It's so asf and can't hold a charge with brand new battery. So I need root access to force it to not suck
Can rooting damage your phone? Because if I do it and it doesn't work then it'll void my warranty and I'll basically be out of a phone...😣
@OfficalPhoneRebel, thanks for the video. But I had a question, could you possibly direct me to a good article or tell me yourself (or maybe even make a video) relating to overclocking and kernels. I'm running CarbonRom on my S3-T999 but the it has some serious battery drainage issues. Hope you can help. Thank you in advance.

hi...im an iphone jailbreaker, never rooted an adroid because they come customizable which is the main reason i jailbroke my iphones. well i decided it was time to start rooting, and im having issues..i rooted the phone, and then installed some recovery apps. they seem to be working, but, how to i tell? what steps do i take to know for sure recovery is working. also, i want to install roms but not sure what to do there as either..its kinda greek to me in the sense im not sure if my programs and recovery apps are working right. please help...thanks
Tethering is most definetly traceable, that is the precise reason I was forced to unroot because Sprint sent me a letter threatening to terminate my service because they saw massive amounts of data usage, although having a plan with unlimited data they shouldn't be monitoring the data I'm using regardless, but I digress.
but one feature that you never get through rooting,tri-band 4G LTE,only from Sprint with 3 times the data speeds of normal LTE
I came here to show this to my wife because I could only come up with a couple reasons off the top of my head, but this was very clean and well put, Sub'ing
Since Lollipop, Google doesn't let the OTA install on top of a modified
system. (any modification at all). If you were rooted, and you unroot,
the system is still considered "modified".
OTA?
