    This is a demonstration of a CEO who values their team of talent to bring something into the workplace and promote ideas and grow. What’s the point of squeezing the bottom line for profit when the team are not given the tools to grow their ideas? There are still so many companies who will plant a seed and don’t water it and then wonder why they are making so little profit. No matter which company I decide to join I make sure I am given the trust to water that seed.

    Actually, it would be very interesting to do a series where you visit famous companies all around Malaysia.

    Love the balcony overlooking the green. With all the development and overdevelopment in the Klang Valley, we need to insist on developers and the authorities planting trees for every tree they cut down.

    I felt Khailee has the potential to be a renowned designer if he weren't as drawn to numbers. He also possesses excellent communication skills, speaking with ease and articulating his thoughts clearly. The office design, in my opinion, is a reflection of his lively, stylish, and warm personality.

    its open secret they most likely to hire type C aka mandarin speaking, even they hire non type C, the salary wages is different even both type M/I the same position of type C.
    I remembered back then 2 type C PROF from our local univ did a throrogh study about racism of type C companies, these 2 type C Prof even challenge anyone did not satisfied with their study to come forward. Not a single one, but somehow the research have been taken down during DSNR administration to avoid any racial issue.

      Underinformed and biased info coming from an under-educated person, global 500 focuses on diversity and of course obviously hires based on merits and qualifications.
      Would you say a large conglomerate such as Mcdonalds in malaysia has majority of malay workers has a diversity problem or lack of qualifications from the workers itself?
      If youre going to just write Type C, might as well make it more racist with detailed facts which you dont seem to have any concrete understanding of even. Smelling load of BS and Insecurities.

      @akaxia9572 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +5

      Well, I highlighted it because it's a thought that just arose to me. It's quite intriguing to consider that even though the Malay population makes up 70% of the population, their representation in high-level professional positions is significantly lower compared to other races. Perhaps barriers to entry, preferences, qualifications, and cultural factors play a role in this
