You guys better try some variety of spring rolls. I recommend fresh lumpiang ubod or lumpiang sariwa. Lumpiang Sariwa means Fresh Spring Rolls in English, a Filipino dish which is made out of different vegetables such as carrots, bamboo shoots, turnips and cabbage double wrapped in lettuce leaves and egg crepes then accompanied by a sweet garlic and peanut flavoured sauce.

Hi Justine and Alina, great you both are used in getting around your neighborhood. And you know we do pair the palabok with freshly cooked "hot pandesal" any time day or night with your fav beverage. Palabok is a great midnight snack as well with any loaf breads if hot pandesal is not available and that spring roll is called LUMPIANG PRITO and you should dip it in that vinegar sauce that goes with it. If you see the letters St, Sto, and Sta - just before a name of a person (NOT after) it usually reads as Saint, Santo and Santa. So that place is called Santa Ana.
