My friend is not good at keeping off the carbs and taking 500 mg of Niacin with each meal and 1800 mg NAC on an empty stomach resolves this and keeps the paranoid schizophrenia in remission. With Niacin you have to buy the “FLUSH” version which makes you hot and itchy if you take it without a meal and it is best to work up from 100 mg as only a true schizophrenic is deficient and able to manage the high dose.
For example I can only take 50 mg in a B Complex. It is always best to take a BComplex with the Niacin as all the B’s together are synergistic! I am not medically qualified just read about Dr Abraham HOFFA’s research on Niacin! Namaste 🙏

They lied, the tables are rectangular. ❤ Glad to see these issues being addressed as I am going through dietary metabolic issues; 13+ years of symptoms, perfect labs, negative diagnosis, pages of tried medication, even tried every different diet method imaginable...
Started 20 or less carbs keto diet June 1st, 2024. Lost and keeping off 20 lbs of visceral fat. Minimal workout due to disability limitations but as a USMC vet I have kept the shape of my healthy muscle. When I eat fat and protein I feel healthy, energetic and no longer depressed. My health 4 months ago was raising my blood glucose levels, increasing my insulin resistance and disabling me even further.
    Thank you for sharing!

After my first glass of celery juice I felt like I had a normal brain for the first time in my life. I was 44yrs old! Over the weeks that followed it was like being a new person, and four and a half years later my life and mind is transformed. I am 100% fruit, veg, herbs, and wild foods now and never want to go back to all that pain and confusion.

    • @marksanbourne3064

Well, I’d caution you on the celery juice containing lots of oxalates. They contribute to kidney stones and damage. Oxalates are just as dangerous to injuring parts of the body as any other type of so called food, seed oils, sugars etc.

I am in remission of depression and psychosis. I still taking medication but lower dosage and my doctor said that we can think about to try take off the meds in the future. I feel we are close to the cure/total remission of mental illnesses. Thank you so much. I wish you all the best.

I think the USA as a country is screwed. The country is becoming weaker. There are too many sick people and the children coming up the ranks are sicker yet, both mentally and physically. There's too much obesity, diabetes, chronic and autoimmune disease and that will bankrupt the country due to health care costs. Meanwhile, overall productivity will continue to decline because the people are often feeling unwell. Those who choose to take care of their health are in the minority. I think there is a bit of a growing grassroots movement toward health, which is encouraging. But there is too much misinformation coming from "the top" that is slowing down health improvement progress.

You are one of my heros! THANK YOU SO MUCH for fighting for humanity! I lost my mother to “mental illness” at a very young age. She was on many prescribed tranquilizers back in the 70’s and an alcoholic. My father was a psychologist. In my latter years I asked family members her sister specifically- what was wrong with her? No one could respond or even give any backstory- like it was a mystery. I now wonder- if she too suffered from horrible nutrition + metabolic syndrome and if she could have been saved to live beyond her 30’s…. I made a clear decision not to end up like her.
