If we visit another country, european people are generally better accepted than american
Soft power is one-sided. You justify it by assuming you're right. If you are right, you are justified to change the minds of others to do what you want. If you are a race supremacist, you already hold that belief. In that case you need no justification. You are exceptional, all others must comply to your wishes. If others fear you, and they know you carry a big stick, you can then use a soft voice when making your demands, as this video illustrates.
