I would recommend turning off the AUTO setting and go manual it looks like your camera keeps trying to adjust to the lighting.

I think lighting changes between lens switches but where is the manual adjustment on latest iPhone

@@EricCamBeachVolleyball WHAT! You did this on an Iphone? AMAZING haha. I believe if you press and hold the screen on a spot on the phone it will stay at the lighting for the rest of the video. You can test it on a light. Record a light bulb, press and hold the screen on it and then when you move your camera away the phone should NOT adjust. But honestly I would worry about it too much if you are recording with a phone. You did a really nice job!
